Hey Sup Forums,
I just got a job as a night security guard, and there's no wifi or cell service.
Give me some lesser known DS games to play that'll pass the time. (12 hour shifts)

It's what I did.
Watch out for killer animatronics, your first week is gonna be rough
I have some fond computer game memories last year winter when I was stationed during the night and sometimes during the day at some rarely visited factory building.
Only the driving time of over 90 minutes was a bitch every time.
I played icewind dale.
Solitaire Overload.
Has catchy music as well.
Just DS games, or 3DS as well?

Do you need any training for a job like this? I would love something like this to be honest.
It is an """easy job""" except if you are a coward and don't try to stop thieves, enjoy your lifetime in jail.
Other than that, hardest part is not sleeping accidentally and being found by your boss or someone assuming you even have anybody watching you at all.
Or if something goes missing, enjoy being raped in the wallet and also fired.
You go to jail if you don't stop the thief? Howe often do you actually have to deal with anyone?
Also as far as a game goes if Pokemon interests you I find a lot of people don't know about Pokemon Chronicles. Its a tactics based game.
Disgaea and the Etrian Odyssey series
Just DS, I'm emulating on a tablet
Well my friends that were security guards are all mostly literal lazy fucks that just go to sleep on the job.
90% of the time nothing ever happens. The other 10% is you get found and fired for goofing around, and yes shit gets real so you have to act.
Depends mostly what are you guarding. Obviously a shitty warehouse with not very valuable shit is very unlikely to be attacked, but if you guard a bank or something valuable, then yeah.
>You go to jail if you don't stop the thief?
lol of course not, you're not even allowed to engage. All you do is call the cops.
For mine? Don't be a drug addict, take safety training (site specific), take first aid, etc.
My job is to observe and report. Security guards do not have any more authority than the average citizen.
If someone is stealing something, we can't actually physically stop them. We record what was stolen, how, and what the suspect looked like, file a report, call the police, call the client, call my boss, etc.
Radiant Historia.
>Work overnight for years
>Use to be able to play games and not really have much to really do
>Last year got a promotion
>Much more money but no time for games nor music
Like the extra pay for games and even built a PC but fuck me I miss those times.
Quit and go back to be a low tier guard.
time >>>> money
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Sky is pretty good.
Wasn't a guard was a stocker at a supermarket. Now a overnight manager in charge of the stocker and cashier. And deal with moronic drunk customers since we are 24 hour store.
Well then choose what you value more, time or money. This is why I have my own store rather than working. No promotions, usually little income but I am here all day. Also no boss but the bills and how much I want to earn.
Like the bit of extra mostly for raining day. I honestly am fine with it. Just remember playing and beating so many games before the promotion.
