All Switch controllers are ridiculous prices

>all Switch controllers are ridiculous prices.
Well time to wait for cheaper third party controllers

>that dpad
>cord
>turbo button in current year

Third party controllers always crack me up. I know they're supposed to be cheap alternatives, but making it wireless with an actual dpad shouldn't be that hard.

>unironically wanting a wireless peripheral
Don't post here ever again.

>that dpad
?
Something wrong?
You don't actually believe circular d-pads are bad because of the Xbox 360, do you?

No, I believe they're bad because they're bad.

I don't believe you.
Two controllers with them have the best d-pads in history.

>third party controllers
not even once

Bluetooth polls at 250Hz by default - and meets it. USB polls at 125Hz by default. 'Wireless causes input lag' isn't true anymore.

>Logishit's controllers
>good
Even the steelseries one is way fucking better despite being the same price

30 eur is like 40 burgerbucks right? thats really not bad. hori is typically not bad quality either, especially compared to that rock candy bullshit

The controller is bad but the d-pad is godlike.

Especially compared to the Steelseries d-pad.

I don't know man. I've got that controller and the d-pad is very frustrating sometimes, I play fighters with it. A friend I play with uses it too, the d-pad gets stuck in the bottom right corner all the time. That may be because he's a Ryu player, but the point still stands that the d-pad is broken.

That's not why I'm shitting on the cord. A cord makes the controller pointless when undocked.

If you've opened it up you'll see that it stands on fucking 1 in. pegs and the centerpiece is a separate piece of plastic that chafes easily and requires you to tighten up the spring every couple of months.

That might explain why it has started to feel mushy for the past couple of months. I'll look into tightening the spring, thanks.

I play fighters too and it's my favorite controller that isn't a Saturn converted to USB

Or you could just buy a better fucking controller and chuck that piece of shit into the trash where it belongs

You're right, I could do that. But it's serviceable enough for what I use it for though apart from the d-pad, so I won't.

Saturn is garbage too, lmao, just get a fucking stick like real fighting game players

Isn't it like 10 more dollars than the DS4/Xbox Controller? That's not too bad and it supposedly has good battery life.

>good battery life.
It's fucking wired, m8

I'm talking about the Pro controller.

>turbo button
The fuck does it do?

Will it have gyro?

it dougs

>Parfait pour sur les "serious games"
>Design ergonomique
If it wasn't priced in Euros, I'd have been convinced this was Quebecois.

Well for the Pro controller you have to factor in what is exactly making it so expensive, it's why people can't believe that shit. The DS4 has a bunch of bells and whistles attached to it too but even it is put at a $60 MSRP just like the DS3 was, this looks like it has less shit attached to it so why does it cost ten dollars more?

It apparently has the new type of rumble, an NFC reader, and gyro. Those and 40 hrs of battery life might make it worth it. They should probably release a controller without all of those for like 30$ maybe as a cheap alternative.

does this have gyro? very important, if not its trash.

Is it Bluetooth? If it is it will work on PC

it's the least egregious of the part's prices.
if you add up the price point of the dock,Joy-cons, and grip the system itself would be $100
