MK8 is for sure, I've seen it specified as native 1080 on several sites. Rest I'm not sure. Mario and Splatoon are locks for 60 fps though, that's how they ran on the Wii U and Galaxy games, 1080 is up in the air though.

it's not open world like that, it's open levels with non-linear objectives like 64 and Sunshine.
BULLSHIT, Splatoon 2 and MK8D are already confirmed to run at 720p again. The highest you'll ever get on your little gameboy is 900p and that only with some 30hz games like Zelda and even they only run with framedrops
