You release a Nintendo console with a big Zelda at launch. A big one. And you don't bundle it or make a special edition. Something that would have been bought by most people who would want a Switch at launch anyways. I know of nobody who wants a Switch at launch that would buy it for Arms. It's all about the Zelda.
