Check Goodwill and Salvation Army is definitely my recommendation if you don't want cheap IKEA crap. It's nice to get to see if you actually like what you're buying in person first, I don't think I'd ever buy a desk online.

IKEA is great for bookshelves to hold vidya and waifu cases but they have shit selections for computer desks. If Goodwill and SA don't have any, are there any good places besides that?

I do love the Roccaforte and still wish they made it. Was too broke as a kid to afford one myself.

They're just plastic folding tables and you can get 'em for like 40 bucks at any store. Pretty good solution though since you already have floating shelves.

It's my gaming station and workdesk. Sorry for the mess, doing a bigger rearranging of items in the room. That used office chair is just fantastic, can easily spend the whole day sitting without problems. Vertical display stack to save desk space.

I would recommend looking for used office furniture stores. You can get good quality stuff there for a reasonable price. Both the chair and desk are from one

No problemo senpai. I'd recommend using a site like 1stDibs as a window shopping tool to find particular designs and makers you really like, and then finding cheaper rip-offs elsewhere or have someone fabricate it for you for a fraction of the price.

In my case I use Linux on one monitor and windows for the other.

Linux handles all my security/stock watching/banking and accounts and secure browsing

Windows handles if I need to use Photoshop/AutoCAD and music streaming and the occasional gaming

As long as I'm somewhat close to the legs I can stand on it no problem. The one on the right is 2 meters long so it has an extra leg in the middle to make it less bendy.
