There isn't a single scene in this trailer that was actually a part of the game. In fact, most of it directly contradicts the actual game.

I distinctly remember Noct going to bed in the Lestallum hotel and having that exact dream sequence of him fighting off all those enemy soldiers and waking up sweating.

the Lestallum dream sequence does show small parts of that commercial, but they're recut into a different order

It never explores Noct losing his powers (which does happen in the game, but not at all how the commercial depicts it)

Do you know what a bullshot is? This is clearly CG and is in no way presented as gameplay.

Bullshots are screenshots of games that end up being significantly more impressive than the actual released product. This is a CG promo that just contains sequences that didn't make it into the final game.

Even then, much of it is clearly meant to be a "dream sequence" type of sequence of events and so shouldn't be interpreted literally anyway.

FFXV is guilty of bullshots but this isn't an example of that.

How is it a bullshot when it specifically says it's a cinematic inspired by XV and is just a vision Regis see's that he is trying to prevent? And there was parts of that trailer that were used in the game as Noctis's nightmare.
