30FPS is more cinematic, which gives more visceral feel to the action. For example in Bloodborne you truly feel every swing. It's also more methodical and gives you more time to dodge.

60 is way better, but 30 is not "unplayable"

Troll post aside, 30fps feels like my inputs take longer to register due to the lack of frames. I can't aim, it just feel bad, broken, clunky, slow, any possible word you can think of.

But the worst part about Frame rate is when it's NOT stable. I need a constant 60-120 in order to not feel sick.

Higher is most of the time better. In some games it doesn't really matter if it's 30 or 60, 60fps can make some older puzzle mechanics too easy, multiplayer should always be on the highest but most stable FPS and all of this is the most meaningless thing ever. Your brain will adapt to 30fps in a matter of minutes, maybe an hour if you are a stubborn baby. It's that simple. People should stop even talking about this shit.
