it's from the assasinate Radovid quests, i think. those are redanian colors, right? and that's fucking O'Dimm, isn't he?

this was during the Auction in Hearts of Stone.

not sure aboutt he second one, but in the first, it's him, holy fuck. im gonna replay the quest, i have a save at the start. provided it's the radovid quest.

I sort of feel like they picked one of the base model heads they already had and used it to make O'Dimm so that people would go back and see him places.

At the least, the first time you see him at the start of the game was planned.

auction house vault heist, whole scene is a spoof on SWAT teams and negotiators

so O'Dimm was literally the Devil, right? ( or the Witcher's universe equivalent of the Devil/Satan/Lucifer etc)

alright, so it;s the Auction House heist. thanks user

If it's the auction house then that's definitely him. He pops up all over the Hearts of Stone quests.

That was a HoS quest, right?

yes

No that's from the Borsodi heist, guards get alerted and they surround the house.

pretty much. the biggest tell is that in eastern-european folklore the Devil always shows up at crossroads, at midnight, which is why O'Dimm asks you to meet him at the crossroads of Yantara.

He's at least a crossroads demon. Could be that there is only one in the Witcher, and that's him.

delete this

i doubt that he would be refered to as Evil Incarnate if he'd be some lowly demon shit. pretty much the entire Hearts of Stone is romanticized to make O'Dimm look as the Devil. i think CD Projekt used some clasical literay inspiration as well (Faust, Mr.Tadowski) when creating the character.

I liked HoS better than Blood and Wine. Creepy atmosphere, especially when you speak with the professor dude, and he tells you all the weird shit about O'Dimm. Almost got a Cthulu vibe.

I have outwited you O'Dimm. Back to your interplanar dimension, you satanic bumfuck.

you guys DID side with Olgeird, right? RIGHT?

you didn't let some dumb fuck, no matter how misguided he was, get soulfucked by the fucking Devil, right?

Well that's what I mean. He's not literally the devil, but may as well be. Seems like he's a whole bunch of old devil and trickster folk tales rolled into one.
Seems like he can do pretty much anything, but has to follow some really strict boundaries for some reason.

Of course. He was a dick, but he wasn't evil incarnate. I hate him at the start and wanted to kill him so bad, but my feelings for him and O'Dimm switched at around the scene where O'Dimm freezes time and stabs a guy in the eye.

>Siding with Olgeird

I didn't care about siding with Olgeird as much as I cared about just beating O'Dimm, which was the only way to do it.

>siding with O'Dimm

edgy and/or autistic as fuck

i also felt a bit bad about Olgeird. i think he deserved at least one chance at redeeming and making up for his mistakes. he didn't strike me as evil, just dumb and misguided. hopefuly he learned from his mistakes, and uses the chance Geralt gives him.

i also wanted to fuck over that manipulative cunt, O'Dimm.

The power scaling between HoS and the main game was a little off-putting.

Like O'Dimm mentions something about how even he can't meddle with the wild hunt to help find Ciri.

Gameplay-wise, Olgeird would wreck Eredin's shit.

Could be that the Evil Incarnate is tied to a specific world.

He seems pretty extra-planar though. I mean where the hell do you banish him to if not another world?

Being dumb and misguided is a kind of evil.
