this romhack is broken as shit. I like the new ideas that are shown off in an old engine but the geometry does not work well this game. Watching speedrunners lose their shit over this is great though.

Star Road is still the best ROM hack I've played. Fucking incredible. The sequel looks even better if they ever decide to finish it.

Btw, I have been playing one called marvel Adventures, you might like it as well and try out Rainbow Road if you havent, it's basically Star Road: gets some DLC stages.
Star Roads honors Mario 64 in itself. The other hack roms are like, not very inspired in source material but rather just wants to add as much shit as possible.
star road brings out the best in people, it lets you see Sup Forums from another angle which is weird because star road's camera is terrible

SR has a camera that lets you see in angles that weren't possible at all in SM64, it's far better than the camera most rom hacks get
