Anyone else getting MASSIVE frame rate drops?

Anyone else getting MASSIVE frame rate drops?
I played the demo just fine on max settings. And I got through the whole of the guest house and all the action sequences it entails, also on max settings. But the moment I got to the main house, the game stuttered so badly that it's borderline unplayable. I turned down most of the settings to medium, but the frame rate still crawls to 15 and even locks up for several seconds.
Is this happening to anyone else? Any suggestions?

PCucks BTFO yet again

the fuck is this?

Don't play on a toaster

>playing games on a computer
Lol. Computers are for work, consoles for games.

This. Top kek pcucks, get out of your moms basement

Topkek ololo i post from my notebook i found in the trash. i'm to poor for wondows bit ubuntu is way better

Playing on a FuryX here.
My heart sank when I saw the NVidia logo displayed at startup, but apparently the game runs great.
I'm running nearly maxed out except for:
>Shadows: High
>Light Shafts/Volumetric Light: Low
>Ambient Occlusion: SSAO

Performance in the guest house was actually better in the full game than the demo, surprisingly.
I'm getting consistent 90 FPS, and am running in the range of 75-120 FPS.
I have a 144Hz monitor and the game handles high refresh rates nicely. You can tell some of the scripted camera sequences had keyframing in mind for 60 or lower, but I won't complain.
I am getting a certain stuttering though, oddly enough. I think it has to do with turning or going between rooms.
Game looks and runs great, and I didn't even have to finagle with Radeon Settings or any config files.

Thanks, Capcom.

Thisbis yet again proof that PC gets shafted again. Have fun waiting a month for a patch.

Post spec maybe

Turning the shadows down to high solved every performance issue I had at 1440p

>15 fps

>Falseflagging
The game is glorious

I'm getting hicks here and there and when exiting the game it makes the rest of my computer super slow for a little while. Also played the demo with everything maxed out no problem. Game is fun so far though.

runs fine on my xboner tbqh

if you have the brightness up to high the game freaks right fuck out. try turning it down.

>go down to the basement to see the non-family enemies for the first time
>there's 20 leech monsters from zero blocking the way
the fuck they want me to do

>tfw 770gtx that kept me maxed for 3 years is finally falling behind

Normal or easy you should never run out of ammo. If you are on hard though acquire profinancy with knife.

I mean do they keep spawning? I counted four or five

They don't respawn if that's what you're asking, but yes there are a lot of them down there.

Works fine for me :^)
