I played that game on GBA. It had shitty password saving which got on my nerves. I can't remember whether or not I finished it.

Played it on the PC. The area with the germs and shit was neat I think.

I think it is, unfortunately. Honestly having watched a few episodes I loved as a kid again, the show it pretty bad. Spongebob does actually hold up.
