So is it good?
So is it good?
Yeah, that's what I heard.
YES IT IS
How "open worldy" is it? Will I be forced into walking/driving doing not very much for large portions of actual game time or can I just get on with it?
I live in a lonely studio apartment with nothing but my lonely xbox one
I have no where near enough money to buy another system, let alone a proper gaming PC
I want to play this game more than I want to wake up tomorrow morning
What do?
theres no driving in this
sell xbone?
Never played any of the Yakuza games before, i know pretty much nothing about it. Is this a good game to start with?
Sell your body
Any offers on either?
200 for the xbone
20 for you
Prequel so yes but it may be hard going back to the older games after this one with how much it improves the gameplay.
It's a prequel so yeah
end your pathetic existence
250$ for the whole package
I'm actually attractive, charming, and have a deep voice though and therefor my life has meaning and worth.
Yes
the maps are small plus there are taxis on the map
The game takes place in two cities, with some missions taking you elsewhere for their duration. Mind you, the cities are pretty sizable, and very detailed. You can walk mostly everywhere in them, but if you try to leave the game area you'll run into literal invisible walls.
You'll be walking from one location to another or can take taxi, but since the game areas are very tight, there's not really downtime comparable to GTA.
I'm interested to try it but I've never played the others.
It's really good prequel. Of course you'll be missing out on knowing what kind of characters Kiryu and Majima will develop into in Yakuza 1-5, but there's no significant references to other games.
its a perfect place to start. Sure you won't get a joke here or there, maybe a reference. But you'll get the chance of experiencing the events as if 0 was 1, then just move on to the others.
Big issue would be that if you do want to play 1 and 2, you'll take a big dip in the combat quality, specifically with 1. They're not bad games by themselves, but if you play the modern ones first there might be some issues. I still recommend taking the dip and playing this one to get into the series.
gameplay wise, graphics, athmosphere are all great.
it might surpass Yakuza 2 as the best Yakuza game if the story keeps being good.
