To be fair I played WOW for years to my PC time is off the charts, the vita was perfect for on the go gaming if you were not a big nintendo fan. Third party support was there and if you knew japanese there was literally no other console of choice.

The vita's down fall was it was too japanese, you needed to be or know japanese to full appreciate it.

Many of the games are niche titles and many of titles that could be made for handhelds were never made (no FFT sequel, no new Dissidia). The ones that have came out came out too late. Couple that with high memory price and a bad game library even to this day, along with console pandering and the rise of mobile gaming, and it was destined to fail. 3DS won for the same reason PS4 won, except it had fan favorite games coming out for a bit to actually warrant a buy before seeing that you bought another Vita but slightly more games and free online. The vita has the power to be a great handheld yet Sony disregarded it.

Nothing really stands out, i've been getting more PSP and PS1 titles than I have Vita titles.

I'm loving Tactics Ogre, it's challenging but it's fun
