I'm getting a Switch and I have a PC, but I have an honest question for Xbox One owners:
Why didn't you get a PlayStation 4 instead? The only things I can think of are something to do with Xbox Live (Which I don't really know about) and really liking Halo. So what gives? Are there a bunch of Xbox exclusives I don't know about?

Well, I like halo and gears still. And I prefer the controller. Plus, I don't like anime.

Good online service that actually justifies it paywall.
Good controller with great battery life and build quality.
Good exclusives like Halo, Gears, Forza, Crackdown, etc.

I honestly have no idea why anyone would buy a PS4 over an Xbone.

cause I already owned a PS4 when I bought the Xbone

It depends on games that you like.
I had no interest in:

> Cinematic Games: so TLOU and Uncharted are out
And I already play all weeb stuff on PC.

Xbone has little to no good exclusives. I enjoy Forzs games even while not being interested in cars that much. I finally played through Halo. And got my nostalgia fix with Gears1 (I bought it years ago for PC but it was too weak to run it...)

What's important. Live GOLD nets you better games. EA Access is great. And Backward Compatibility rules.

I still mostly play multiplats.
Oh, and Scorpio us coming. We'll see if it's gud.

Cause ever since Sony started charging for online they became jobbers. Xbone is backwards compatible, has a better UI and the paid subscription is a lot better than the "we won this gen so we can be greedy" mentality Sony is pulling. I know the Xbone was the culprit at reveal, but damn. It's a shame.

The majority of those are multiplats though.
Even on the PS4 side.

I had a PS4 but at the time there was only last of us remastered Xbox had forza horizon 2 sunset and mcc my PlayStation was noisy and would get hot after a couple hours of play the PS4 is a great system but it has its faults as does Xbox

Halo, Gears and now BC titles.
Also bringing my GT, friends and gamerscore to current gen was a no-brainer.
I'll probably get a PS4 at some point though.

I got a ps4, xb1 and a 3ds. Honestly 99% of the time is spent playing ps4.

Only gripe is controller battery life and expensive console game prices.. that's my own fault for wanting to go digital only though.

However I think the xbone is the better of the two, I'd like to play Halo and gears of war, the controller is better and "games with gold" while crap is better then ps4 plus.

In february. Paying for online services sucks but games like that at least make it a bit less painfull.

I don't know what your exact definition of "rehash" is, but you're just as guilty as PS4 of having rehashes, if not moreso, by your definition. If you prefer Xbox-exclusive franchises over PlayStation's, just say so, instead of somehow proving that Xbone games are less "rehashes" than PS4.
