Yeah it's a huge bug, it was also present in the artists version of photoshop in summer of 2016 when the Summer sprays were made as well as the version back in the concept art phase in 2013.
I'm kind of glad they're fixing this bug, it's been around for years and it's spread between software at this point, it needs to be stopped.

Well they solved 1 tank choice, Roadhogs hook nerf made it unplayable. You toss hooks directly through stationary enemies now.

they also nerfed Dva into the ground so she's not even a tank anymore, Winston melts when you sneeze at him
