How many slabs do you need? You only need 1 to fully upgrade a weapon, and you get at least one of each kind free.

Why do the eaters sometimes bug out and drop two white chunks instead of one red? It has happened to me several times.

I spent quite a while killing those slug things at the beginning of the depths looking for Large Titanite Shards on my first playthrough just to realize the worms on the bottom of Blight Town drop them too at a higher rate (apparently), and later that some Faggot sells them on Zen's Fortress.

I upgraded my claymore to Fire Claymore +10 for PvE using the free slab. Now I want a Chaos Longsword +5 for PvP

OG Dark Souls is pretty dead on console. Plus you can hack VERY easily on them too since they have fucking no cheat detection whatsoever.
At least on PC you can make counter-hack hackers and boot them from your world.

Also what said. The game lags like fuck in Blighttown and New Londo on console. PC doesn't have those performance issues.
