Is it worth it ?
Is it worth it ?
only if you have friends to play with.
if i had friends i would ask them not make a fred here
Well you have your answer then, now fuck off.
>shitty ubisoft servers coupled with shit netcode
What could ever go wrong?
Playing it right now. It's nothing like the old Rainbow Six games but it's a fun shooter.
great game, pretty underrated by a lot of people because of the MUH UBISOFT BOOGIEMAN meme but it is a really good game. Netcode could be better at times but lets be real you can say that for any shooter in existance.
Playing it without friends could be an issue if you want to get to higher ranks because it's very team dependant and can be frustrating if you have to play with idiots. But if you add good players you will soon have people to play with. So if you dont mind using your mic and talking to people, which is essential to success in ranked, then this is a great game.
Shits so slow I don't know why anyone plays this.
Scratch that, I know exactly why, the people who liked camping in regular shooters are in probably endless bliss from this game.
It would be an excellent game if not for the terrible netcode.
The game itself can't handle 3 speed characters, and one hit headshot kills mean you're going to get killed buy people who aren't even on your screen yet.
go back to COD
>people who liked camping in regular shooters are in probably endless bliss from this game.
hi
forgot pic
fantastic game, has probably shot up to one of my favourite online shooters.
performance can be iffy (i get dips belows 60 on a 1070 ffs, but it only seems to be the dlc maps...) and apparently bad netcode. i havent looked into it too much, but there's definitely times where things just feel off.
3 speed operators and a whale of a time, if you know hot to aim (crosshair placement) and understand the concept of pre-shooting/peekers advantage,
>it's a hostage map
*pumps crossbow*
i got the game, it doesnt work on my pc. support was unable to help me.
is this guy worth getting?
i'm on free weekend and want to go full tropa de elite
Back in my day you had to pay more for whites than blacks, instead of the other way around.
if you enjoy a game that combines the worst aspects of tf2 and cs:go while running like shit even though it has graphics from 2008
I'm buying the complete edition
yes, one of the best competitive games i've ever played.
i hope everyone able can play this weekend, its a really fun game. BUT. i hate playing with stupid people. wear a headset or have really good speakers. there are many times where someone will die because they simply couldn't hear the enemy. i have a shit $30 pair of headphones but it helps SO MUCH, footsteps and sounds are a huge part of the game.
One of the best FPSs in recent memory.
I can't transition from how CSGO handled directional sound to this game.
>very team dependent
It's very possible to carry unlike, say, Overwatch.
no
game is a fucking chore
inb4 it's fun with friends
how does csgo do it? never played too much of it. for siege i've got like 300 hours on ps4 and now 16 on PC and i'm still finding points where i can't figure out where footsteps are coming from.
>Game is 30gb+ download
>be on 1megabit per second internet
>will probably finish downloading the game and free weekend will be over
Why cant they just make it free week for us slow internet fags
Very much
you need to find a good squad though otherwise it can be quite frustrating
they recently updated the game with virtualized surround sound or whatever it's called, it works pretty damn great
Last time I played it I couldn't move beyond starting point. The games was buggy as fucking shit. I'll test it now.
Yes it is I bought this early January and it was worth every penny
Hibana is best girl
...
I can't stop, help me
Lol I'm on 1200 hours. Step It up 3d
no, uplay.
Where does this ride take us
It's pretty boring. Once you learn the maps, it's just about holding down an angle as a defender or roaming around and trying to get a good peek. As an attacker, you try not to get peeked and die early and make some breaches and scan areas with drones and hope drones don't die.
Ultimately, it comes down to who looked where at which time from which angle, and it comes down to mostly luck. Because the rounds last so long, you have to play very tediously and it gets boring quick. Combine that with only a handful of operators being really good and the Recruit severely nerfed, there's not much variety to the matches.
