I played the free trial, only thing I don't like is the tone. One part of the game I wish it was like the first WD.

I downloaded the game to see whats up with it...i thought i would hate it but after some hours into it i cant hate it. The characters are on such an ironic level that i think its intentional. Wrench got some laughs out of me, some missions are pretty clever without stretching it too much and being able to get inside a place hack it get the info and then get out without you actually being inside the building is so satisfying. Randomly hacking people on the street is also entertaining. Making cops crash into people or calling russians to kill some guys is hilarious

I don't. Actually, I kinda loved it. It was the best Deus Ex that came out last year and the best Open World action game since probably Sleeping Dogs.

The game is too childish. Im 26 and I can't stand that crap. I bought it and I honestly regret it and im trying to sell the game to someone. I finished the main story and then pure emptyness. Jokes are not funny and characters are bad expect for Josh and Sitara (just cause she's hot). Not worth the 40$ I spent goddamnit

As soon as the crack came out I played it expecting another open world ubi game with towers and boring.

What I got was a fun hacker adventure starring the burger king kids club in the gayest city in the world, and I loved it.

Granted, this applies to the main missions only, most of the side missions were fun when you actually hacked into shit but getting to them was a lot of samey tower bullshit which got on my nerves.

Another thing this game did well was character customisation. HO-LE-SHEET, this game has a LOT of clothing items which is something I'm obsessed with in open world games. I need to buy every single piece of clothing I can in these games and I only managed this by the end of the game.

It's definitely worth torrenting or paying 15 bucks just for the main missions and characters alone.

I really like the node puzzles. If there's a third game, they should greatly improve the stealth and get rid of lethal guns. Also different types of puzzles.

I thought the cringey internet speak was bad at first but I really liked WD2 after acknowledging then as ironic. I just wish the non lethal options were better expanded, a group of hackers killing people goes against the nature of the characters.
