Dodging the fireballs is not THAT difficult if you pay attention to them, since they're predictable. The disappearing arena is a bitch though, and what will kill you 9 out of 10 times.

The fireballs explode where you were last standing, but it's really about killing him before he or the floor kills you. Dark Fact on Nightmare is the real nightmare.

Switch to window mode there's a bug where the game runs too fast in fullscreen. Also if you're on nightmare give up.

Not him but I had issue with him my first time through. But that was because I seem have been lower level than I should which meant I basically only did like 1 point of damage each hit.
