What is the best Disciples 2 faction? Torn between Legions of the Damned or Undead.

Undead 4 life.
Best faction in Dis, best faction in HoMM.

Sandro pls go and stay go.

>not playing as Empire
DEUS VULT

Has YHVH even done anything good in the Disciples universe?

No love for Legions?

Dwarves with prep time.

They're pretty shit. Lots of fat units, that aren't strong enough to justify taking up two slots. And their regular melee units aren't the best either.
The only plus is that icubi's petrifaction isn't resisted by as many units as the undead ghosts's fear. Correct me if I'm wrong.

One of the few games thats actually well balanced. No such thing as a best faction.

can you refute then?

Empire is boring in single player because of low damage outputs and the worst faction in multiplayer because of low HP counts.

Spells and proper tactics can shore up any factions shortcomings.

The clans and Empire have a huge advantage at laying siege to enemy towns and capitals, because they can buff their heroes, and Legion/Hordes offensive magic can only be cast on enemies outside of cities.

And?

The other factions can still take towns. And they have there own unique bonuses/advantages. Like legion army's all being able to fly and cross oceans much faster, etc. Just cause one faction is better at something doesn't mean the others aren't also best at something.

LEGION

how do you even play Disciples multiplayer? it takes shit ton of turns to do just about anything

By not being an instant gratification COD baby millennial.

The Undead Hordes get the Phantom Warriors who stunlock the capital guard.
The Legion of the Damned can either try to stunlock with two Abyssal Devil and a Incubus or you use the Fiends whose damage scales the fastest of all units in the game.

Can't you set up timers for rounds? I know you can for HoMM

Oh thank god i'm not the only one who plays this game.

And to answer you question... Legion 4 life. While they are shit in early level, all of their heroes can fly, the hag's polymorph can be godlike and gargoyles are good against the many support units their opponents have.

>and gargoyles are good against the many support units their opponents have
That's something the other faction's ranged units can do just as well, except they don't take up two spaces.

What should I be doing in Disciples 2? Should I be playing it like it was HoMM?

Elves are way too op.
Their archers are so fast and strong, they can kill your back line on turn 1.

Anyway that hardly matters since casting spells in the overworld is broken.

There are no creature stacks, and you don't recruit new units as you build your capital. Instead you unlock new upgrade paths for the basic units, which you level up in combat.
