What headphones do you use, Sup Forums?

This scenery and photography just remind me of Tanic the Hedgehog for some reason.

Sennheiser

i personally use pretty cheap plantronics headphones about $30. every headphones that I used was broken in about a month. these aren't breaking, it has been about 6 months.

V-moda crossfade LP 2

598hd and ksc75

sennheiser hd555
i got them in 2011 i think and they're still working pretty well for me.

jesus that's thick

Skullcandy

i want to get a memeheiser tho

I have like 10 pairs of Realistic Nova 10s.

Who was in the wrong here?

V-Moda Crossfade LPs for home
Bose Quiet Comfort 25s out of the house

Them thighs, boi!

Are V-Moda's good?

Damn, those thick thighs

Yeah. I've had mine for a million years and they're as awesome as ever.

theyre alright, im not too knowledgeable with audio stuff tho

open to suggestions on upgrades

Senheisers, because im not a fucking retard who fell for the gaming headset meme

Beyerdynamic DT 770 and Sennheiser IE80.

Frequency response is really good, pair it with an amp so you can really push it.

Senheiser 300 series. Quality sound from low to high end, and the best stereoscopic sound I have ever experienced. I can parry attacks from behind me in Chivalry because I can hear exactly where everything is around me, its fucking great.

Grado sr60e

Those cheapy but absolutely indestructible pair of earphones.
They're made out of nintendium X or something.

Those are Pro 4 AA's right?
They sound great but the ear cushions are abysmal, even the replacements.

I don't, since I live alone and can blast my sound quite enough.

I got some $150 Sennheisers lying somewhere in my condo, but I haven't used them in months.

audio technica ath-m50x
They're alright for gaming, but bought them mostly for music. Never buying a gaming headset ever again.

>he fell for the m50 meme

They're not bad at all. I got the m40x instead because they were significantly cheaper at the time. Though I have the HD600 setup for home, the m40x is great for a traveling and while at work.

Sennheiser HD650.

One of the best headphones I've ever owned. Only thing I that took some time to get used to was the open design. Before I bought them I used nothing but closed cans.

Good choice, I have the standard M50s.

Sup Forums pls go, or at least remind me why you started calling these meme headphones despite being fine with them ~4 years ago.

narr, they just are objectively not good. V shaped treble murder and shitty boom boom bass, good if all you have ever heard are beats and apple earbuds.

Sennheiser HD 280 pro. They're studio phones so they have no features at all, but the sound is fucking incredible. No noise cancellation, but I can't hear shit outside of what's playing when I use them. Though I spend more time listening to music with them than anything.

>this is what white "people" consider thick

lmao

Bose AE2's. Bought for music, but they work for games as well. Pretty decent quality, I keep buying them whenever I fuck'em up.

I want a nice set of headphones but Sup Forums and Sup Forums keep going on about amps and DACs along with everything which are an extra $80 - $150 on the lower end and I'm not sure I want to spend over $200 on something that maybe might sound a little bit better than my current $80 pair

That girl tickles my boner receptor

Just buy a amp/dac you sperg, it helps a lot. E10k and a pair of shp9500 would be a good start.

>treble issues
Are you and I talking about the same cans here? Never had a problem with the treble myself, is it an issue with higher volumes?
>Bass
Yeah, I'll give you that. Bass is pretty overriding at times.

Briefly glancing at Amazon it looks like the price has gone up, but a few years ago these glorious niggers used to be top of their priceline.

Came here to post this. Good stuff.

PCs probably weren't a thing when this pic was taken

obviously, all pcs in the 70's were giant grey calculators

Some cheapo Logitechs I bought in 2009 for about $20.

Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro. 250 OHM version. I like 'em. Using them with a Creative Sound Blaster Zx sound card. Not using the shitty control module thing.

They feel a little cheap (the whole point of this model), but the sound is fantastic

She's an average fridge.
Her stance gives some illusion of hips, while her thighs have nothing going on.

they sound aight, but then fall of your head making them practically useless

Steelseries Siberia 350's.
Got them yesterday and they are pretty good.
I don't get the point of 7.1 audio in headphones though, it just sounds bad.

I don't really have that problem, but I usually wear various hats

Phillips Fidelio X2 as my daily driver. Have closed set of MSR7s as well but I don't use them as much.

Yeah surround headphones are just a meme. Get some decent stereo headphones instead.

V-Moda M100's for all-around use.

Good stuff.

I guess you have a point, I did have M50s at some point but they got worn out.
I am terrified of the cables I would have to deal with if I got stereo headphones and a table mic.

Phillips SHP-2500
Cheap and allright, although the first ones, named differently, lasted 10 years before breaking down, second oness got through maybe 4, so i'm hoping those third ones will last longer than that.

They really made them better 20 years ago.

>getting triggered by a comment on Sup Forums

You're the only dumb nigger here, nigger.

Yeah cables can be annoying to deal with. I use a modmic for my m50xs and it doesn't bother me too much to have it clipped to the headphone cables.

These are pretty good for ~$100.

i like over the ear headphones for home and the crappiest ear buds i can find for when im out. unless my wife and her son aren't home and i can crank the system

For $50 they're alright. Never usedd headphones like these other than those PlayStation Elite Headset my brother has. Not much of an audiophile.

True! A good mic clipped to the headphones can will get rid of the cables and I will end up with good headphones+mic.

Honestly the Siberia 350's were a bit of a disappointment, you would expect to be blown away with 150$ but they ended up being pretty much the same as my old turtlebeach headset that was 120$ cheaper. Got to return these to the shop.

Ever wondered why you are still a virgin?

Can anyone help me out with these?
I was looking at the M20x simply because I'm a cheap nigger. Are the cheaper headphones just as quality or should I shell out the extra and get an M40 or M50?

I generally regret buying these and not listening to the staff dude at my tech store when he recommended the cloud 2 headset. But when I asked him how the sound quality was on the cloud he said "idk i just wear them around my neck and use them for a mic basically" so I knew he couldn't be trusted.

Maybe this would be a good thread to ask a question in. I bought some wireless headphones but they disconnect all the time and have no option to used them wired. What are some good wired headphone/mics that are really light weight. I'd like them to be as light as possible and not in ear. Heavy headphones give me headaches.

I use these. I grabbed them really cheap on Amazon and have not needed to replace them, it's been almost 2 years I think? I'm no audophile, and I only use coms for ultra casual shit like Over watch or Dischord.

Well obviously avoid headsets and anything geared towards gamers in general. Audio-Technica and Sennheiser are good brands. Just look up some reviews for headphones though, I doubt anyone here will give good advice.

pic related, these are mine

JVCHRX700s

I think. Bit pricey for the quality IMO, sounds "alright"

>Seinnheiser hd600 with dac/amp Schiit Stack

Sennhieser pxc 550

For a moment I thought OP's pic was an opening to Monty Python's Flying Circus.
And now for something completely different.

>not inviting the neighbors over for parties when you see them looking
>not having a projector in your backyard
>not having 5.1 setups in your living room, basement and backyard
>not feeling the bass rumble so the pussies get wet
>not getting immersed with real surround sound

Shut the fuck up and move to suburbia where you can do anything as long as you don't violate the noise ordinance after 11pm unless you know the cop who lives around the corner and is cool with it. Headphones are cool and all but start with a real receiver that costs at least as much as the best posted in this thread alone then you will know the difference. I bet you don't even have a 4k tv for movies and gaming. Pathetic.

Sony MDR-7506.

No complaints and the price was right.

I got the m20x's for $25 and I think they're really good for that price. They're pretty light on bass, but good for the price otherwise. I'm not sure if I'd say they're good for full price though, that's getting pretty close to the price of the shp9500's which are really good if you don't mind their lack of bass.

>all that tech and nobody comes because Chad Manning can make the girls laugh
Dry vaginas all around my dear aspieposter.

Fuck that and fuck you. I'd rather just have a pair of decent headphones and all that money you think I should spend on a retarded sound system can go into my PC or something else. Also, 4k TV? What are you, retarded?
