The tutorial boss of the first Ninja Gaiden on the Xbox.
It took me more than a week to beat the tutorial boss. And then I finished the game without any trouble.
This one

The first guy. At least he trained me until I was ready.
Very tasty
Culex.
is that the 3rd Chaos Emerald because FUCK that one. Took me ages to beat it. Started hearing Casino Park and Bingo Highway music in my head
>UGHH Not very tasty
skyrim: blood on the ice
Save Jody very hard
Nightmare 3, Devil May Cry.
Now I can beat it really easily. But then get my ass kicked on Hard.
...
Ursala was a fucking bitch on proud mode. It felt great beating her without cheesing
Lance in pokemon silver.
I had never made it to the elite 4 on blue so this was my first one and I just kept getting my shit kicked in by him and had to reload for a whole night before I finally beat him
Nightmare 3 fucked my ass up on dmd. Mundus was cheap af too. Had to use items for mundus on dmd. I don't have that much patience
Not bossfight but protecting this fucking bitch in certain missions is a pain in the ass. Made me temporarily quit the game desu
>hey how should we design the final boss for a 3D platformer
>Just spam a projectile you have to stand still and guide in first person, for both phases
THERE'S NO WAY YOU'RE TAKING KAIRI'S HEART
Well I see water, but it's not DANCING
I can't fucking get used to the controls. The way the controls are mapped for that fight just feel so fucking awkward and unnatural to me.
This was the worst, especially since I never knew you could change keyblades. I beat his ass with the damn kingdom key and it took ages
i played the first hour and quit permanently
Metroid Fusion, 1% run, either Yakuza or Nightmare.
I just couldn't do it. In the end, I gave up and abused savestates to get through.
Abuse Guard. It's practically the only way to beat him on Proud.
The worst part was the unskipable cutscene before him.
When I went back and played 1.5 I found you could just roll into the edges of the arena to avoid that bullshit warping attack he does
I remember biting my controller because of him
Never got all the emeralds. Getting the chance to even get the fucking things was hard enough.
Heard it
Crush on Spyro 2, idk why it was so hard, I was like 9 though. After replaying the game recently he was easy as fuck
Event 51 in melee.
Had no idea about all that fancy shit to make the computer fail by himself. This shit made me get my shit pushed in for weeks, maybe months before finally completing it.
I guess the train in rocket knight adventure took me a while to beat too, I ended up being scared of it as a kid.
Beting both super smash brothers and smbm in very hard withouth dying
I wanted to unlock all characters and i thought that was a requirement
Monster X in Cave Story. Does so much damage and throws so much projectiles.
The only benefit of that suffering was I one tried him later in CS+'s Hard Mode. Which led to the cancer that is Hard Core with only Star Blaster. While normal is a pretty average boss. Hard makes it the hardest fight in the game.
Nightmare 1 and 3 fights suck dick because of the camera and controls. Nightmare 2 was good tho
My 8 year old self was infuriated with this one.
Also my first game I've ever beat.
About 10 years too late, and I did beat him, but thanks for the tip
>jump and glide slowly to avoid attacks
>win
How can you guys die with this guy? And yeah, proud mode
Same bruh.
...
>First game ever beat
>SNES
What the fuck
Easiest final boss in the franchise.
This fucking nigga
I couldn't beat him because I have no idea how to beat him.
The bonus bosses Ice Titan and Sephiroth from KH1 were the bane of my existence. But I beat them in the end.
Fuck this
The spider was the hardest boss in the game
I didnt beat it as a kind, had to wait until college
By being young and retarded
My ass wasn't prepared for that raping
This cunt
Riku in hallow Bastion. remember that shit like it was yesterday. failed so many times and had to watch the cutscene over and over. ended up hitting myself in the head with the controller like and autismo until i bled.
its strange, over the years i've now beaten dmc 3 and four on their hardest modes, all souls games are easy too. games so hard that they made me go autismo had a certain charm though.
I got every other boss down to a science but for the life of me could not beat this asshole...and it was infuriating. Ended up selling the game to gamestop.
Years later when the collection came out I finally went back and did what my 14 year old self could not...and damn was it satisfying.
Caim and Angelus vs Inuart and Legna
This motherfucker in Battle Network 3, both the Alpha and Secret area versions. It took me like a week for my elementary school self and my alphabet soup folder to beat him.
i never did beat him. i should go back and try again.
Thank God I'm not the only one, was one of the biggest "duh" moments of my life when I figured out you could
I don't know why, but fuck I could not beat him for the longest time when I was a kid.
Had trouble with the first phase of Acro too, took me quite some time to finally beat this game and collect all the shards and really finish the game.
DUDE SAME
>not going through every menu and trying to click every single thing you see when you first start a game
You don't start with multiple keyblades.
I got stuck in the gummi ship customization menu for about an hour doing that (dont ask me how), so I didn't fuck with the menus much
I guess you're blind too because it literally tells you that you can switch keyblades when you get the first keychain
Were you not curious what those items you were getting at the end of each level were?
I got stuck on this part for ages, and then dropped the game on the final boss after it.
Replayed it for the first time last year and it's still brutal.
Items like keychains don't do damage, the fuck do I care about items. All you need is THE keyblade, the only one you get in the entire game
I bet you used potions too, gay-ass fag trying to put chain flair on a weapon, the fuck is wrong with you
There are two buttons in the game, x and left stick
You're being a loser, and I'm the first one who mentioned not changing the keyblade. Just admit you were a stupid kid who kissed the prompt from the game and quit sperging out
>Just admit you were a stupid kid who kissed the prompt from the game and quit sperging out
I thought I made that pretty clear, especially when just naming two buttons
stop being autistic
Probably the Seymour fight on the mountain in FFX. That pretty much ended my Blockbuster rental of that game.
Went back a couple years later after buying the game, didn't give me much trouble.
>"stop being autistic"
>having such a lack of self awareness
Okay
>>having such a lack of self awareness
you could cut the irony with a 1000 degree knife
This fuck and his damn terminate and omega spell spam
>What was the most frustrating bossfight of your youth?
Star Ocean 5...
I got stuck on a bunch of different bosses in FFX as a kid and when I played the remaster I wondered how I ever had any difficulty.
