Redpill me on Zelda games

Redpill me on Zelda games

One of the highest regarded franchises on the face of the industry.

Boy meets girl
Girl gets kidnapped by big bad
Boy goes on adventure
Boy saves girl
Destiny.

Slowly downhill since oot. They have never recaput red the òot magic

Same thing with final fantasy and ff7. There has only actually been one great final fantasy game the rest are average or below

Minish cap > everything

this post is entirely all you need to know about the franchise

You play as zelda, as you try to save the princess.

its a pretty fun series

They are easy to get into and make you feel smart so they attract lot of people who aren't necessarly much into video games.

They are also very polished and usually cleverely designed so people who are into video games can enjoy them too.

Really the strenght of the series is that it appeals to everyone.

Just play Oot and MM tthe only good zelda games.

They waste great ideas on handheld garbage, seriously Minish Cap should be a 3D Zelda

Hiya? hiYA! HIYAA

these are all correct.
its just fun, nothing over the top or too shallow, its just simple fun with pretty good replayability

It's fun___.

Play ALTTP or OoT 3D.

3rd person adventure games with a unique balance of mechanics and situations.

Good vs Evil premise is always simplistic, but the interaction with unique, wacky characters make every game memorable compared to most franchises.

any one else notice that lttp and oot are the best designs?

Agahnim did nothing wrong
Sheiks are evil magicians that want the power of the Triforce. They forced the Twili in the Twilight dimension and keep fucking up Hyrule each time.
Also Kakariko village

Invented lock-on

>only 4 dungeons
>annoying hat
>shrinking gimmick adds nothing to the game

Why do people love this game again ?
The graphics were great, I have to admit
Too bad it's literally the same as Four Swords

The 2D games are significantly better than the 3D, but they are all pretty good

Atmosphere and comfiness. Story is pretty decent for once without getting too much against the gameplay. It had some neat items too.

What's your opinion on OoA & OoS?

I really liked the Oracle games in fact.
Ages' puzzles were way more interesting and I found the time travelling mechanic more Zelda-ish, but Subrosia was a good idea too in Seasons.

My biggest complains about Minish Cap are just the overall lack of challenge, and the too few amount of dungeons
