The most metal video game ever

Pic related is disqualified for being too obvious of a choice. Doom also needs no mentions.

So besides Doom and Brutal Legend, what is the most metal game out there? How come Metalocalypse doesn't have a video game?

Also what is your favorite subgenre of metal and why is it stoner doom?

Is this real life? Am I in the future while skating in space?

Splatterhouse reboot is probably the most metal game of all time.

The Darkness.
1 specifically, 2 not so much.

>get the chainsaw for the first time
>SPLIT YOUR LUNGS WITH BLOOD AND THUNDER
Splatterhouse 2010 had tons of problems but I enjoyed it for what it was.

It's a text to speech voice.

It did, but I had a damn blast with the game. Shame we'll never get a sequel to it.

I'd say killing floor

Fuck you, I want to talk about Brutal Legend anyway.

Why the fuck was it a goddamn RTS, it sold itself as a metal zelda not a fucking RTS, and I'm still salty about it since I don't like RTS.

...

because Tim Schafer is 50% brilliant 50% a hack.
>tfw no Brutal Legend 2
>tfw no other games that feature a surreal depiction created by music with a heavy focus on soundtrack and audio queues.

I played the demo of this on the PC. Was pretty terrible

Man despite its flaws I played the fuck outta this. I'm just bad at RTS so I wasn't too upset about it. The humor was a bit more flat at the end but still funny. Even the real life opening was fun to watch.

I'd kill for double fine to do another but better one.

That game hit its climax way too early.

I'm nervous for Psychonauts 2.

Same. I enjoyed the game otherwise but the rts parts gave me cancer

I love the Headbangers.

Dog that's how I beat the last boss. Hordes of headbangers and my deuce lightning guns killed it. There's literally no other way.

That's because after that point it stopped being an Ocarina of Time homage and got into the retarded RTS stuff and wasting time on a multiplayer no one wanted which resulted in them having to cut the entire third act of the game.

fuck yea

Was the one they did for PS3 any good at all?

DMC3SE my dude

I found the gameplay pretty good but the story was a bit of a nosedive from the previous games.

Thumper

Painkiller

Was the multiplayer Tim's fault or EA's fault?

Came here to post this.

Also KYPCK is pretty cool, especially live

>DUDE THAT WAS SO METAL LMAO *whips hair back*

Good one.

It's Guilty Gear.

I had to stop playing because I couldnt get into RTS.

RTS isn't my thing and once Drowned Ophelia had those undead faggots come over I could not beat it. It was too frustrating for me. Didn't help that the RTS was kinda clunky

Not sure if it is clunky for an RTS; but that's how it felt. I do like all other parts of the game.

It's no masterpiece, but it's metal as fuck.
