archeage was fun for the first 3 months before the p2w ramped up. the class mixing was nice, sports fishing was fun and regular fishing had that runescape vibe of just chilling bullshitting with everyone around you while grinding. farming and pack running gave you that autism fix and the level of home decoration and character customization was just straight up cozy. PVE was challenging and PVP took actual skill. last but not least going on high sea adventures with your friends was a fun and unique experience.
