Holy shit yes. I've been wanting Emperor to come out on gog for a while.
Best part is Ceaser 1 and 2. I actually have a copy of Ceaser 1 and the manual for it that I got from a garage sale 4 years ago for a dollar. Probably my favorite item ever.
