When i mentioned Doomguy having everything, this would include him being faster than his rockets, the 3 rune system, soul cube and power ups like the berserker from D4.

Yeah, that's why the comparison between the two doesn't work.You could argue that chief could use the Halo array but then say DoomGuy's super armor negates that somehow.
