you could probably do it in just one day. i only did one district a day and squeezed the whole entire real estate minigame in right before the end of chapter 6. make sure you max out your friendship with the sushi gin chef, pocket racer announcer, the nakamichi st sega arcade girl, and the bowling girl beforehand
