Increase hook time to 8 seconds does nothing. No one was literally using hook every 6 seconds. Blizzard fell for the meme.
Reduced spread by 20% makes Hog that much STRONGER outside of using his hook for combat.
Raising the distance pulled to 3.5 is completely nullified by the above change PLUS has the added benefit of allowing easier ledge drops.
Its a literal buff.
