Why are you fixated on the release date? PC doesn't use physical media so announcing the release date is the same as releasing the game unless you want to light a fire under your devs.

Consoles have the pre-order culture and physical media, which is why you need to tell people when they can get their shit from the store that they order half a month in advance. The physical media needs to be shipped and pressed. I wouldn't be surprised if you found out the PC release date on the actual date of release.

Since the androids do have free will, they're liable to go rogue after a certain time, especially if the main Yorha group is up to shady shit and they find out. I'd wager any android who brushes them the wrong way is signed up for a suicide mission next chance they get.

Since androids are strong, they probably don't want too many running around at once, so A2 and 2B existing at once is likely forbidden, since they're clearly the same model.
