That 74 is not even that bad. The proportions are off and it lacks an ejection port, but I've honestly seen worse.

It isn't good because the proportions are off and the guns aren't accurately drawn. The artist obviously tries, and could have fixed most of these just by looking it up.
Take this for an example: , just googling 'A2 birdcage' would have let him easily figure that the flash hider doesn't have vents on bottom half of the device. Why strive for realism if you aren't willing to go all the way?
Also the glossy eyes are disturbing.
