It's either downfall timeline a hundred years after Zelda 2 and rito was a translation error(or Fokka were always Rito they just didn't come up with the name until windwaker, they were only called Fokka in Japan, they never had a name in the west) or it's adult timeline with a thousand things retconned.

A pure timeline reboot featuring all future games would be better for that end goal, that way they can start with a clean slate rather than doing even more shoehorning to make elements from all the existing timelines fit together logically so they can continue from there in a sensible fashion.

Rito is really the only strange one but Koroks are just Kokiri taking on another form and vice versa. There's nothing stopping them from just becoming Koroks at any point in their history. Gerudo could exist in the downfall timeline but maybe were just secluded in the old games, TP was in the child timeline but didn't really have Gerudo.

The Hylia statue in the Temple of Time is the weirdest thing.

The games have such stand alone stories, except Wind Waker at some points, that it doesn't mean much. It's just finding connections between the games for the fun of it or making up random shit like OP.

The Gerudo in BotW is not a "true" Gerudo because she has elf ears instead of rounded. Which obviously means she's been racemixed with Hylians over several generations. She's a descendant, not an actual Gerudo. There are other (probable) Gerudo descendants in the other timelines too, like Jolene.
