Okay I really don't get the Alex loot system. I read that the number of chests is dependant of the number of people who have cleared it already that week. So my group just had one chest appear, but I didn't even see what was in it. No roll, no nothing. Why am I spending an hour with a group of french people to clear it only to get 30 tomes?

This is the one. I tried it myself when our group needed a tank after 10 minutes of waiting. Got new groups twice, but was able to get to the same group as a DPS.

They probably did that to prevent in-progress-only tanks, but of course this shit got worse. Nobody cares about a 30 minute penalty anymore, especially since there's so much else you can do while waiting.

If you want to clear fights there's nor eason not to have a static.
With you having no experience it might be kind of hard to find a group but there are plently of desperate groups.

It's a whole step higher then Extreme trials.
The first couple fights of Creator have been tuned down quite a bit but A11S and A12S will still take the average group 10-20 hours of progression to clear.

The only time they'd buff magic damage is during an add phase, it's never used single target even though that's possible.

To add to what other anons have said, their damage debuff is X Vulnerability Up versus BRDs Magic Defense Down. Due to the way damage is calculated Vuln Up is worth more damage than an equal amount of Magic Defense Down.
