I think God Hand fits, it has almost no meaningful story. Though I don't think the sound design was a 3/3, I would say 2/3.

nice try, but when games remove everything but gameplay, the game becomes objectively better.

For example, Dwarf Fortress is better than Ocarina of Time AND Super metroid combined. Less graphics and story and music = better game.

If you have 10 hours to spend building a base every time before you're ready to actually play, sure.
