What do you do in this exactly?
Also is it pay to win?
How come you can buy Rockstar Shark cards or whatever with real currency? What do these cards do?

Who wants to know?
Why do all the idiots with the lazy questions come out this time of day?
The game is just a big grind.
google it faggot
Its a grindfest. Shark cards are for lazy people who don't want to grind but the first few tiers are rip offs that you can make in game easy in a few hours of play.
Game is best played with friends dicking around with them.
Well, you can drive around and shoot people, or you can enter actual game modes like TDM or races and stuff.
It's not really pay to win, more just pay to not bother grinding for shit. The cards just give you in-game currency.
It's not very fun and I wouldn't bother with it OP.

a grind to do what? whats the actual objective?
like in tdm the objective is to kill other players and win, obv. whats the objective of gta 5 online? is there even one?
Grind for cash so you can buy weapons and cars to use on missions.
There is no main objective besides leveling up your character and buying all the shit. The best cars, all the weapons, houses, businesses to make money etc.
The goal is to play the game and have fun.
What's the goal of Rust? What's the goal of Minecraft? It's a sandbox game.
only get this game if you can convince your friends to get it too, otherwise it's a boring grindfest
This logic makes no sense, you and your friends could be playing a much better game!
Yeah grind for cash basically. And try have fun along the way where you can.
ok you got me there
just play gta 4 multiplayer instead, there's mods and no grinding
>What's the goal of Rust? What's the goal of Minecraft?
Dunno what Rust is but for the life of me I couldn't tell u the point of Minecraft apart from unfiltered autism m8
Rust is trash.
You either build, pvp, or kill that stupid helicopter.
You have to grind for all the fun toys, and then you have to grind to maintain enough money to get away with using those toys on other players. It's a really dumb system, if you play like a traditional GTA and blow everyone up you'll sink tens of thousands of dollars in no time because vehicles have "insurance", you have to constantly maintain ammo, you lose money upon death, and you have to pay for all the really fun toys like helicopters and tanks every time you call one in.
The sandbox plays in with the grind much more directly and in a satisfying way in Minecraft and Rust, as in just playing the game earns you resources to build more. In GTA it's the exact opposite, the sandbox is where you spend your money outside of missions. To earn money the most practical way is to grind missions.
I agree actually, I've got mates that are into it and it doesn't look that great. Seems like a game where the big draw is human interaction but you'd think they'd just go play Gmod or something.
I didn't mean for that to come off as me actually defending GTAO.
join random lobbies until you find a modder, wait till they give absurd amounts of cash, put that cash into assets like expensive card and shit so you can sell them when R* removes the hacked cash.
