What was the worst part to get down? I usually get too greedy during the rising water segment.

The room in Mount Horu where you have to go through a gauntlet and then go back down all while those holes shoot at you and destroy the ground your jumping on.

I forgot to mention, don't even bother gathering exp in the escape sections. Especially the Ginso Tree water one, it makes it incredibly hard to recover if a spider doesn't give you a projectile when you need it.

There is, they count toward 100%, if you don't gnab all of them you won't get 100%. but you shouldn't be trying to do that and One Life at the same time, it's just not feasible.
