I just bought a ps2 with KH1 and KH2.
What other games should i get for my new investment?

Are you from 2006?
MGS3 Snake Eater
Shadow of the Collosus
God of War 1 & 2
GTA Vice City & San Andreas
Should have just bought a PS3 with 1.5HD, 2.5HD, Jak and Daxter HD collection, Ratchet and Clank HD collection, SotC/ICO HD collection, God of War HD collection, and Metal Gear Solid HD collection
Or just don't be a dumbass and emulate them all instead.
best gundam / gundam style games?
The God Of War games
Yakuza 1&2
Shadow Of The Colossus
MGS2 Substance
MGS3 Subsistence
GTA San Andreas
Silent Hill 2&3
Resident Evil Outbreak
Resident Evil Outbreak File #2
Though you'd better off buying a PS3/4 because KH and a lot of other franchises are remastered to the newer gen consoles. Or maybe just get a good PC for emulation.
Remember you can play ps1 games as well so think about which ones you wanna play
It has a lot of fun as fuck games to play.
These:
>not emulating it all
I own all of these and still emulate. Every console I've ever owned has had some amount of hardware issues, so being able to eliminate that, in addition to the sheer convenience of having almost all of my games in one place, means there's really no reason to ever touch my consoles again.
Just install FCMB and play them all for free. Its not like retailers are selling new games anymore, buying used games from Ebay won't support the developers.
>try to play older games from my childhood on N64 and PS2 emulators
>try to plug in my controller to use for more comfortablility but it requires multiple drivers and constantly rebind the controls every time I switch games
>download emulator for them but they take a while to get the right settings and even then the games run poorly and are missing textures and other graphical glitches
I mean i think emulation is great for perserving these old games but i prefer original hardware.
Some games are a bitch to emulate though, Zone of Enders and Ace Combat games still have major issues IIRC.
You got a PS2 SuperSlim?
A dragon dildo
Faggot
You:
>>download emulator for them but they take a while to get the right settings and even then the games run poorly and are missing textures and other graphical glitches
When was the last time you used PCSX2? These days the majority of titles run perfectly on an average PC without tinkering around with settings at all.
RE:Chain of Menories so you aren't completely lost at the beginning of kh2
Muh "PC" is shit and cost me £200 and from what i hear anons with £500 PC's get laughed out of threads for trying to emulate fucking MGS3...
I will just stick with my actual PS2-Chan. I love her so.
Lets get back on point and you stop assuming what people fuck.
kingdom hears is the gayest shit available and its no wonder that tumlr and gamur grills like it. You should fuck off to /lgbt/
...
To be fair, being gay and being a faggot can be mutually exclusive.
judging by the same filename i hope you are not a homo that stores pictures like this and that you're baiting hard for the lols.
For your own good at least.
What is a homo? Nothing but a miserable little pile of secrets. But enough talk- Have at you!
We are all drowning in a sea of internet vidya inadequacy user. Most of us are probably shit people.
From where the fuck do you get your facts? My PC is about 5 years old. Granted, it can still run everything on high/ultra, but it's more than enough for emulation in general.
Emulating is easy. If you're gonna invest in original hardware, you might as well get a PC and be done with it. Unless you're looking for the value as collectibles as well.
Damn. This post should be framed and hanged on the wall of every user because its true for everyone in some way
Yakuza 1 and 2. You can skip 1 and watch the story in 2 (it has a long ass optional flashback that explains everything that happens in 1). One of the best games on the system.
>If you're gonna invest in original hardware, you might as well get a PC and be done with it.
Lol no? I want a PS2 to play PS2 games. A PS2 and games is always going to be much cheaper than getting a PC and i can guarntee it will play all the PS2 games as intended.
Yeah but at the end of the day, you're gonna be stuck with a console that can't do anything else other than play the games it was made for. You have to look at it as an investment, that way when you get bored of PS2 eventually, you'll still have a vast library of games available.
Would you rather pay a couple hundred bux for a PS2 + some controllers + memory card and games. Or pay around $600 for a PC that has acess to literally ALL the PS2 library, as well as any emulatable console's libraries, as well as other more recent games, excluding console exclusives?
I dunno, I'm just trying to look at what's better in the long run. You can do what you want, for all I care.
Star Wars Jedi Starfighter
>Emulate
To be fair, that has it's own set of issues, lots of weird bugs and issues with various games that I can't blame someone for wanting to play on original hardware or as a remaster
Ace Combat 4, 5, 0
Warship Gunner II
Onimusha 1, 2, 3
Mobile Suit Gundam Zeonic Front, Encounters in Space
stop shitting up the thread, pcuck. the guy clearly said he wants to play on original hardware. go to reddit.
I have a PS2, PS3, PS4 and N64.
T b h im so spoilt for choice i just cannot buy anymore consoles for now, otherwise the backlog would just evergrow.
>Or pay around $600 for a PC that has acess to literally ALL the PS2 library,
Apart from all the games that don't work, only work in software mode, only work with crippling bugs etc.
...
>makes valid arguments
>gets called and pcuck and sent to reddit
>doesn't add anything significant to the thread
Anyway, OP can do what he wants, I'm just giving my opinion.
It's been a while since you last tried emulation. You should get on that, friendo.
Fair enough. Good point.
PS2 costs like 50 bucks dud
>trololo pcuck xdx :DDD
Guy simply gives some advice and states his opinion.
Drakengard 1, Ace Combat 04, 5, 0, Jak and Daxter series
Economy is pretty shitty in my neck of the woods. I didn't really consider PS2 being that cheap. Guess joke's on me.
Are PS2 games as hard to find as NES/SNES, or other classic console games? I'm seriously out of the loop when it comes to these consoles. If so, that could be a problem, since some games might be expensive.
You can get a ps2 for like 15 dollars at a thrift store and both kingdom hearts for like 10 dollars each.
What's the point of shifting up a thread stating how much bad an investment this miniscule amount is?
You don't even need to buy games. Buy a FMCB memory card from eBay and just burn a shitton of discs. Or run them off a harddrive, or run them off a network, or a USB stick...
> investment
> console that sold over 50 million
> Just
>We all live in the United States, and therefore are aware of the cost of an old as fuck console in that country.
Americans, I swear.
Thats like 6 weeks of allowance for most of the neets here so it sort of is a big investment
getting a good condition original DS2 for cheap isnt gonna be easy though
>I just bought a ps2
>he paid for emulatable hardware
>47 posts
>no one points out that OP is a fucking retard for buying the outdated vanilla versions
wew
cool where's the emulator for klonoa 2, ace combat, ratchet & clank and jak & daxter?
>he can't just see that it's all vidya which means its all good
>he has to start with the "you could just"
>its just another way an user can say "i have a PC. Why don't you own my PC too."
Thats nice user.
Dont. You are talking with a clear PCMR. He will just call thoose shit. remember, to a PCMR, good or bad or GOAT, if the game is not availale somehow to him on PC then that automatically means it does not exist.
I own a PC and emulatable consoles. I prefer to use the consoles when I can.
you can emulate ace combat 04, 5, and 0 as far as I know
Last I remember 04 still had some niggling issues.
I prefer to emulate when I can. 512x448 is cancer on the eyes. That said I'll easily take low resolution over flickering textures, glitchy audio, etc.
idort master race, as always.
all of those games emulate fine pleb
To be fair, ace combat needs to be run just so in order to make it run properly, and thats a fairly recent development.
For some games, I agree. For others, the potential enhancements (and cost reduction) make the investment into emulation well worth it. Especially if you want to play more obscure or rare titles that cost a lot of money and are rare to find.
