bomberman R? Worth picking up at lunch?
Bomberman R? Worth picking up at lunch?
wait
>30fps
JUST
don't get the switch at launch, what the fuck is wrong with you
what is the appeal to getting it at launch? it doesn't have anything really worth having at the start, even it's big money game (zelda) is also coming out on wii u. at the very least wait till shit like splatoon 2/the new mario game come out
>Worth picking up at lunch?
I would wait until after dinner.
It has a better Zelda. I got my ps4 at lunch and I never even got a single game a lunch I just rented KIllzone for a week and kept playing resogun over and over.
I still think I couldn't have made a better decision.
>makes retarded decisions
>deludes himself into thinking he made the right move
>can't spell "launch" properly
Yeah you go ahead get it, you're exactly the kind of person they were hoping would go and spend fifty american dollars on Bomberman.
No wait until dinner
idk i just cant toss my money towards a console and barely have anything to play for a long time. even if its got a game i absolutely love
I'm not poor so I don't have to wait for a $50 discount in the form of a pack-in
>Talking shit about Bomberman
This board needs to be exorcised
it's not about being poor, it's about the fact it has barely anything both at launch and for several months after launch
If you don't care about money then buy whatever you want, what's the issue? It's fucking Bomberman, everyone knows what it's like, the only difference is that this one has a co-op story mode.
Just get Atomic Bomberman
Please buy our game, anons
No
>it's a good game therefore you should happily pay whatever amount of money they ask for without questioning despite it being a rehash of a rehash of a fucking rehash
>it's not about being poor
Well, it is though.
The guy already said he wants to play Zelda on Switch over Wii U, what is your issue?
Will you release more games in America and finally tell us exactly why you fired Kojima?
>feeling superior to others based on how they decide to use their money
Thats just sad user.
i guess i just have trouble seeing their logic. i'm sure its entirely possible that he can get enough entertainment out of zelda to warrant shelling the cash out, but i'm more worried that people are getting way too overhyped and end up getting bored with zelda quicker than they anticipated and stuck with nothing else to play for a while. i don't have an issue with anyone who does get it at launch, i was mainly just voicing my opinion on always waiting a while after launch for consoles as i've learned to do so after getting both the wii and 3ds on launch
>i love to talk out my ass about shit i know absolutely nothing about and have zero intention of looking any deeper into because i've convinced myself i already know 100% what it's going to offer
>HURR DONT GET IT BUT ILL GET ONE LATER
E-V-E-R-Y THING DEPENDS ON THE LAUNCH. The entire consumer perspective depends on it. If launch is shit, its a guaranteed loss of a mountain of third parties and a guaranteed shit library for the first half of its library.
You dont want it at launch? Fucking fine. But don't go around shitting on people who do
If it's anything like Xenoblade X (and really, it should be in at least some aspects, a large chunk of Monolith Soft was working on its development), then I can imagine the new Zelda lasting 80-100 hours or longer. That'll be plenty of time for other games to release in that time period unless they pull like 5 all nighters in a row.
I'm getting it for brunch
>Binding of Isaac at launch
I got some bad news user
>Konami is a traditionally-run Japanese company
>Kojima is a "visionary"-type director who tend to are typically unable to compromise on their ideas
>Don't work well with others
>Spend a lot of money on a magnum opus
>"Hey Kojima for the good of the company reel it in a bit."
>Kojima: "Haha fuck no, this is my vision."
>Japanese Businessman: "You're not working for the good of the company, go sit in a janitor's closet until you decide to quit so we don't have to give you serverance benefits."
>Kojima: "Fuck."
that is terrible logic. if the launch sucks, people shouldn't get it just because of the hope the games later in the system's lifespan are better/more abundant.
i sure hope my gut feeling of people being overhyped and finding out it doesn't live up to the hype isn't true.
I mean, I don't have a Wii U to get the game on (like 99% of the industry since it was a failure) so technically I would have to buy a console anyway and between a dead console that will lose online support in the next year or so (whose biggest games are MK8, Smash and Splatoon) and a brand new console I'd happily pick up the latter, especially given the Wii U never got a price cut
Gonna cost full price? What else is new. It'll drop after half a year.
It's terrible logic but it's how it is. Developers aren't going to see worth in developing or even porting to a system where they don't see sufficient sales coming in. A strong launch equals a strong and more importantly PROFITABLE future, for both buyers and developers. That's how they see it.
>especially given the Wii U never got a price cut
It did in like year 2-3 though, for 50 bucks or so.
I prefer emulating Super Bomberman on the SNES until the Switch gets a heavy price drop.
>if the launch sucks, people shouldn't get it just because of the hope the games later in the system's lifespan are better/more abundant.
The funny thing is NO console has had a good launch with more than 1 game people might be excited for, so your argument is pure ignorance.
I got a Wii U at launch because I wanted something to play with my roommates, and sure enough we had a blast with just Mario and Nintendoland. Sure, the Wii U's library was ultimately underwhelming, but I probably would have missed out on some good times had I been a poorfag and waited like people like you.
...
Why is it called Super if it's not on Super Nintendo?
Why the fuck would I get a Wii U for Zelda?
I skipped out on it while it was actually "alive". Now it's a dead console.
At least with Switch I can get Mario Odyssey later.
in the case of not having a wii u, even though the pluses for the switch version are very small, i can see getting a switch for it is better overall although i would still wait personally at least to see the select few unbiased reviews for it
I just can't follow alongside that logic. Outside of the 3ds, i've always waited till there was at least 2-3 games i'd be into to play. You can call it ignorance and hell, it might as well be, but I don't see why launches fucking ALWAYS blow.
>>it's a good game therefore you should happily pay whatever amount of money they ask
well, yes. How are you even debating that point?
I'm honestly just getting one to piss the fuck out of retarded fucks like you. I can't wait for the day 1 sales figures to come out.
top "game" is shallow and void of replay value
bottom game is deep and has infinite replay value.
Kojima is a dumb hack who just wants to make movies instead of games. He can go fuck himself.
>2-3 games
I can literally count at least 8 games i want for Switch.
at launch?
You said you WAITED for 2-3 games.
Goalpost moving aside, I want zelda, bomberman, snipperclips, i am setsuna and isaac at launch, but ill likely be unable to get all before things like MK8D and FAST come out
I could count 15
