Capcom renewed the trademark yesterday, but it doesn't really mean anything. Rockstar still do it with Agent every few years, for example.
Most recent mention of it was Ono saying it was heavily reworked about 2 years ago.

Nioh, Yakuza and Horizon might not be masterpieces but they sure look like good/decent games that I would buy on PC.
