That's a fantastic choice to emulate user, and I think I'll do that one myself

I have i5 760 which is considered somewhat shitty by today's standards and every Wii game works in 60 fps for me.

pretty much, a good CPU will run any game on default dolphin settings at full speed

GPU only takes care of stuff like increasing internal resolution, anti-aliasing and shit like that.

Don't particularly like playing actiony vidya on my phone because touchscreen buttons/controls, but it's doable as long as it's a turn-based game.
