Switch is jack of all trades; master of none.
You can play AAA games on it, as long as they're over 5 years old (Like their selling point, Skyrim).
You can use it as a mobile device, but it's ten times more inconvenient than your typical tablet or phone.
If you try to cram all kinds of functionalities in one device that costs 300$, you're guaranteed a mediocre outcome at best in all areas. Oh, and there's also an online fee.
I'm not saying the console will flop. Look at NMS, that game made tens of millions of dollars. But I am saying that it will be a mediocre gaming platform at best.

My hype actually died down with the unboxing video. When I saw that they cheaped out on the boxes it made me realize how cheap this system probably is. The Wii had nice colored trays with little images on it. You could tell they put work into.
The other thing was a lack of Menu music. How the fuck can you not have that. Fuck Neo-Nintendo and their bullshit. I'm honestly thinking of cancelling my pre-order.
