You're making a good call there. On one hand, those who don't give a fuck and have that cash to spend will have gotten about a good year or two of practice before you jump on if you try to wait out an ultimate edition
but this is NRS we're talking about. There's always a fucking ultimate edition. There was one with MK9. After getting duped with that, I waited on Injustice and sure enough it came with a complete edition. I was too hype to wait on X and they came out with XL too. It stands to reason they're going to have one for I2 as well, yes, right along with Darkseid.

Waifushit ruined and killed fighting games. NRS is one of the few companies bringing interest back. MKXL was actually a pretty decent overall game, so let's hope Injustice 2 is the same or we'll get stuck with lazier trash like Blazblue or Arcana Heart.
