Horizon, at least of games I played. The enemies actually interact with the environment leading to both a breathing world and dynamic combat where the setting and circumstances will change an encounter. Add to that how the enemies will actually adapt to your playstyle as you progress because they watch you and evolve to counter your strengths and you have a game that is always challenging and fresh. Compared to a static, clunky, boring game that trades complexity for enemies being damage sponges like monster hunter and you have the best ai in gaming.

I don't know what you mean by "this meme". I have been fortunate enough to play Horizon before it releases and I can easily say it is one of the best games I have ever played, and this is partly to do with the incredibly complex, and varied, ai. Most games, such as monster hunter, don't have complex ai and the fights are only "challenging" because the enemies are damage sponges. Horizon has enemies that you actually have to strategize for, and if you don't respect them and try to play it with no planning like monster hunter allows for, you get punished. This helps make the game be one of the most challenging yet rewarding games I've ever played

Stalker or fear

If you think the ai in stalker is good I recommend you play Horizon when it comes out. The ai in Horizon makes the ai in stalker look like it is pokemon level ai with no depth. Further, the open world of Horizon, including the world building and the atmosphere, is miles ahead of stalker. It really does epitomize gaming in many respects

I guess that why they rely on lolambushes so much because that game plays like medieval dynasty warriors at times.
