Hey there guys! I've been doing some graphic design for Project Sonic 2017's reveal in March. I'm on break at the moment, so I can stick around for a little bit to answer questions about the game.

No chao garden. This game doesn't need it. I know the fans want it (*cough* mobile app coming soon *cough*) but for 2017, no.

No big bugs, some small ones are still there. Sonic Team is fixing it, and it should be completed by April. No edgy shit. Promise.

No. It is not suck. It's actually IMO, the best Sonic game in recent memory (except Mania).
is level design an improvement over generations?
This game is more realistic in terms of level design. Not too many loop-de-loops and corkscrews, but in place of it, there's some wicked fast speed sections in cities and such.
Do you know any levels in Sonic Mania that we don't already know about?
Can you confirm that Project Sonic 2017 uses the Generations engine?
I only know of a few more levels. There's some cool ones in there. My favorite one is this one that takes place in a lava mountain.
2017 uses the Gens engine as a base but is modified.

I heard Jet Set Radio being considered for PC. The big focus right now is... Sonic Unleashed and Sonic Colors. There's a big demand for them.
Yes. I won't say any new ones out of respect for the work Christian Whitehead has put in them, but one old one is Mystic Cave zone.

What's with that weird line on the left edge of the "buy" window? Right where the trailer image with huge compression artifacts meets the Amazon UI? No other game on Amazon has that issue. Could it be photoshop and you're full of shit?
No, it's legit. This is the mockup I had to send to Sega for approval. This Amazon page project just started this week because they didn't want any leaks (but don't worry, I gotcha guys covered ;) ) so that's why it looks photoshopped. Because in a way it is.
