>I don't know how people work

Not hillbillies.

And they were quiet, not backward.

What about this don't I get?

>Being a tremendous aspie asshole doesn't compute with being a genious technician.

They weren't white trash though, they had a plantation style manor and were southern. It would be interesting to see this game set in a trailer park though

Building robots is not as hard there days, there are hundreds of commercial kits available that can get you started. Nor is putting a computer together, has it has fallen from being an steel abomination of tapes and tubes taking an entire building to something that can fit in a neat music box by your bed.

Anyone wanna give me a TLDR since I'm never going to play this game

He made a remote control into a lamp. He may have been savvy, but he wasn't smart.

All white people are trash, goy I mean (((friend))).

Those have absolutely no correlation with each other.

>genius

Lots of backwoods Cajun people tinker with shit and build radios and drones and even guns from the ground up

Doesn't make them geniuses

well he used the same trap room on ethan as with quinsy, without even changing passwords hes aint no smart.

Lucas is an actual aspie that won engineering and robot building awards when he was a kid

He's puts the player through SAW style rooms and he's probably responsible for the janky homemade weapons you find during the game

So the parents were robots or are there actual robots in the game? I know the parents can regenerate and shit

Why even go into a thread if you never plan on playing?

There's a robot and the parents are not robots

Because I like to read what people have to say about games I'll never play? I find it interesting.

Why would he take the camera from Clancy, put the footage on a tape, then leave it for Ethan to find so he can survive the trap?

Look at this poor black kid, he's a genius at the age of 9, literally invented his own computer.

what was his problem? he just wanted to kill you for no reason, and unlike everyone else, wasn't under the mind control.

Holy shit, how do they do it?

That's pretty impressive desu.

>having an accent makes you stupid
wew lad

>black kid assembles a computer
>gets covered by the news
>claim he invented a computer

Is this how desperate they are to prove blacks have intelligence?

putting parts into a case is newsworthy.. when they are black.

huh.

Because he's an asshole.

Just replace black with any other animal and you can clearly see how newsworthy it is.

Lucas was just a bad seed.

The exploding TV and cake made me lose my shit

Reminds me of the kid who built the clock that people thought was a bomb

He looks like both Todd Howard and the John guy from the pasta

great game, enemy variety killed it for me though, it shows that this was at least rushed in some fashion, and instead of quality in other parts, this time lengthy and enemies suffered.

the game clearly was going to have more spokes on the "hub", at one point, but just doesn't in the final product, making you think you missed about 4 hours of "something" once they throw you on the boat (which technically they throw you on twice, flashback and non flashback Mia parts)

People are multifaceted. Your well-to-do neighbor could be a closet pedophile. Who knows.

The "robot" is a simple animatronic that moves only its arms and hands.

still complex enough to grab something non-static, (your arm) and then write on that.

I'd say that's more game magic than a lore-based plot device.

ah, so after the fungus monsters attacking you and you putting your leg back on with liquified herb juice, you draw the line with a robot.

>HOL UP
>*grabs mo' fried chicken*
>U SAYIN U BUILT DAT SHIT??
>DAS DAT NEXT SHIT, DAS DAT WHYTE BOI GENIUS SHIT

Every time I see this macro, I imagine the target audience are retarded millennials or hippie trash baby boomers.

Yes. Yes it is.

infowars.com/ny-times-deletes-racist-tweet-implying-blacks-latinos-are-dumb/

They should make a article about slavs. They save 100% when building they computers

Not as good as the Russian kid that changed the wallpapers in Ubuntu and got on national tv.

you should really stop with the poor assumptions and thinking lesser of someone bc of their background. grow up kid. for real.

What did Jack do for work? Their house is fucking huge.

inherited. it's a plantation.

Yeah but still the upkeep on that place must be expensive.
They also owned a boat.

>Upkeep

Have you seen the fucking place?
Place is so moldy it's rising from the walls and attacking people.

Kek'd

Yeah. It just didn't fit in.

Ethan can reattach his limbs so easily because he's infected.

>the baker family communicates some of their conversations through letters
>they all live together in the same house

but why

Russian schoolboy actually invented new OS tho.
bolgenos.su/index_en.html

Its a pretty big house.

how else am I supposed to know how to get the shotgun and the three dog head pieces?

in the daughters tape you can see he was abused in the family.

Yeah I heard that theory.

Main question I want answered is who sent Ethan that Mia email in the first place, as she never sent it herself.

At what point does Ethen become infected?

Roommates and stuff write notes all the time, especially if the house is so big that they dont see each other too often.

I think it's weirder that everyone was getting in and out of the house so easily despite the stupid cerberus door lock.

Eveline sent that email, they kinda glazed over that for a second at one point in the game i'm pretty sure. I imagine he becomes infected as soon as he gets into the house, since the mold seems to be airborne if Eveline is around. It talks about the stages of infection in some notes towards the end, in the lab area in the mine I think, and Ethan matches up with symptoms of the early stages.

>at what point does Ethan become infected?

is it really necessary to know
you walk around in an area filled with infected, and you start the game with your left hand being reattached to your body via staples and it still can function normally and you want to know the exact moment Ethan becomes infected?

>abused

Couldn't Evelyn have sent it?

Also, he probably gets infected in the basement or when he first fights Mia, the mold is pretty bullshit. I mean, they figure out of Andre and Pete turn pretty quickly after their death it would seem, judging by the state of Andres water-logged corpse.

>Roommates and stuff write notes all the time, especially if the house is so big that they don't see each other too often.

the baker's house isn't even that big

>White trash=white man who has the same lifestyle as the average black
I'll never get why some people think that the term white trash isn't racist

Sure I do.

The airborne spore theory makes sense, also coming in contact with the black goo covered license in the intro I heard as well.

I like Lore, even if it's retarded

>just a level or two under immortal
>hides behind traps
>killed his friend when he was a kid
>pulls out a fucking fingernail to show off his regen powers, when his father had blown his own brains out
>ah bloobloo old man not again
Not only was he an asshole, but a scared little sissy shit even with his mold abilities. Was sad you didn't get to finish him off, but maybe the not a hero update will add that.

Its less a problem of size and more one of not seeing others often because of the layout. It seems most people spend time in their own corners when mama didn't prepare a big meal for everyone.

The notes are still stupid but I've had experiences like that in a small apartment with roommates before.

what? you can see in the image that he was treated poorly.

it might be one of the reasons why he started kidnapping and murdering people

This is fucking racist what the hell?

You should stop believing Sup Forums memes so much.

voice-online.co.uk/article/talented-11-year-old-joshua-ngoka-builds-computer

Why photoshop when the actual article is already plenty ridiculous?

>I like Lore, even if it's retarded
it's not lore, it's just autism.

knowing the exact moment Ethan becomes infected provides literally nothing new except for "oh I know the exact moment"

literally anyone playing the game can deduce that some fuckery is at play when you see your hand being stapled back onto your arm and it can still work, and then learn "Oh, so I got infected around that time huh" when they're reading the infection stages of the mold. It's not rocket science.

Asking when Ethan becomes infected is just actual autism.

That diary entry is from 2014, a couple years before the events of the game.

Lucas was already murdering people as a little kid.

so prejudice against Jamal, DeShaun or Ahmed is a no-no, but against Cletus it's totally fine huh?

what if he was mistreated his whole childhood? usually murderers have a shitty upbringing

more like it's autistic because the person is asking a rhetoric question.

No one needs to know when Ethan becomes one of the infected, he just does and everyone knows the approximate moment he does become infected because no one can just reattach a limb and expect it to still work.

The Baker family was such a joy to watch. I feel like actual effort went into this game to make it a good, dumb RE ride.

I feel kind of bad I pirated it.

It's okay in both cases now fuck off back to pol

He wasn't. Jack and Mage were both decent folks. The only major flack Lucas got may have been from Zoe, but no more than average siblings.

He was a very smart kid who took everything as a slight against him. Oh boo hoo, dad doesn't want me being a dick at the table. Mom doesn't want to make me tendies every day. My sister doesn't want me looking at her ass.

He's probably a savant at engineering, or he really is talented at engineering.

Still you need to have some knowledge and experience to make contraptions and traps like that, especially with explosives.

Why is he such an asshole?

>My sister doesn't want me looking at her ass.
Fucking whore.

Yeah, according to neo-progs, you're not allowed to state the obvious unless you're mocking a centrist or right-wing person.

So I take it this soft reboot is planning to turn Ethan into the new Wesker of the later games?

It is pretty obvious that Lucas was fucked in the head, super sad how Jack always thought the best of him though.

>people still don't understand it was a ruse and he is probably the new umbrella's owner

>Is a genius
That's where you're wrong OP. There's a difference between being a "genius" and having thousands of hours of free time in bumfuck nowhere with nothing else to do but tinker with robot parts and wire shitty explosives.

Spent too much time on Sup Forums

Why was Ephemeral Rift in a Resident Evil game

People don't work they way they do in your autosimo chinese cartoons user

lmfao. i imagine most people on Sup Forums cope with themselves with this though.

>yeah well.... i might be autistic as fuck and never leave my room, shitpost on Sup Forums all day and jerk off to my anime drawings all day... but at least my autism means i'm super intelligent and i could use my smarts to get myself out of my shithole of my life whenever i want to i just dont want to do it today xDD

I want revenge for all the shit he put Clancy through

>The machine has a speed of 3:20 gigahertz and 500 gigabytes hard drive for storage.

>trip

There is no way this old looking fucker is the son.
Unless he was conceived when his parents were 5.

Considering what Lucas was building and how much trouble he was apparently having with it, it's likely he'd be dead before you met him if he wasn't functionally immortal.

I'm surprised there aren't journal entries of him blowing his limbs off or having to pull himself together from a puddle of gore after a trap malfunction.

I bet Lucas was the one who bought that Automag.

>tfw uncle and aunt actually look like Jack and Marguerite and uncle was in the Vietnam War
>forefathers owned a plantation that was inherited, were big Confederates with war memorabilia everywhere
>home is messy and jacked up but homely like the Bakers'
>played RE while growing up in the 90's
>used to have nightmares of a similar outbreak affecting my family and home that I would wake from in a sweat
>mfw playing Daughters DLC
I felt those shivers of fear from Zoe.

Weskers still alive

>the game clearly was going to have more spokes on the "hub", at one point

That's not clear to me. What makes you say that?

People usually are talented at doing various things, unlike you.
