Making a good well put together video shoudl take you minimum 8 hours, most likely longer if you're writing, and editing your script. Obviously there are things like going through footage which takes forever.
If you want to do it as a hobby, fine, but if oyu're making 300k you should stick to that for awhile, then retire early and then do youtube for fun,
