City Planning.

I wanna fuck the dog.

Dating, getting to rub villagers like in pokemon, getting to marry villagers.

1. bring isabelle back
2. let me fuck her
3.

Playable Pepe character

everything that was in Stardew Valley

No more grass wear.

Larger town with more people living there.

Most city buildings incorporated into the town.

Ability to pick from many different town shapes/designs when first starting.

Literally just the same thing but bigger with better graphics and more sweet shit to put in my house

Anyone else notice how k.k. slider is always naked?

Their exclusion has made every Animal Crossing past gamecube AC worthless. Prove me wrong.

They were the one piece of furniture that you could actually interact with. The fact that Nintendo was too lazy to find a replacement is fucked. I want a reason to interact with furniture. Play darts, pool, or some arcade game with a friend online.

Third-person perspective, like 3D Zeldas.

Roommates, dating, and marriage

the panel de pon game added in the amiibo update is addicting as fuck desu

Something to do besides collecting shit.

you're looking for harvest moon

Remake NES games but replace characters with villagers.

would it ever turn into a path? or did it just kill the grass?

Animals.

It's called Story of Seasons now

>the panel de pon game added in the amiibo update
I need to know more

Residential area that is kind of like the Happy Home Showcase.

Beach Bridge.

Heavy petting

All they have to do is let people live in towns together online. I don't know how they would do this without servers though. How much battery life would an always online p2p connection consume?

Have every citizen have an entire set of furniture.
You can trade specific pieces of furniture with them once per day by doing favors for them or trading them something of equal or greater value.

Have a likability gauge for every character that you can try and fill up that results in getting their picture at the end.

Since everyone just goes to an island and catches bugs for money, how about several different and more enjoyable minigames to make bells?
Like jobs such as working as a postman or in a coffee or clothing shop, but in a somewhat more enjoyable way.

about double the fish and bugs than their are in new leaf, more options to do more things with villagers, a leveling system of some sort to do things more efficiently, i don't know

Have different towns you travel between that are different biomes with appropriate animals as citizens with specific town events.
Different bugs and fish to collect.
You have a central town and by negotiating trades with other whole towns by helping it's citizens you can turn your town into a small thriving city.

Head pats

more fashion choices for male villagers
more cross over amiibo villagers like wolf link
city planning
Stores opened 24/7
More to do outside of daily upkeep
Money making outside of turnip farming and fishing on the island, make it viable to make money through other stuff
Daily spelunking/mining/treasure hunting in a cave separate from your town to get gems and fossils in a much more fun method
Better villager text, less bland and bring back proper grumpy villagers
a tool bag
less hard to catch bugs and fish/rare items or add a system that let's you get those things easier by doing something tough like daily challenges.
make the medal/badge requirements more reasonable
add a special boon day each month that give's you random bonuses (extra fruit from tree's, super item premiums, extra gems, etc)
More/infinite storage space with a system to auto sort that you can buy.
paths for villages you can buy
toggle/permanent weather for a price.
southern hemisphere seasons can be set so you match up with your regional weather.

free camera.
rolling landscape was cool on ds but it is time to move on.

free camera is definitely something they should consider. I find the default camera viewing angle so ugly.

multipayer interaction like an mmorpg

Explain.

More crime

Isabelle pawjob

More control over villagers coming and going
More control over where villagers live in your town so they don't fuck up your landscaping
NES games
Light dating elements, don't go full fire emblem, petting is okay
More control over new city layout, i hate reseting 100 times
Bigger houses, ability to downsize after paying off Nook if you wish
Expanded night club feature, more villagers visiting it at a time so it isn't so empty, ability to meet new villagers there and asking them to move to your village
More than 10 villagers per town
Camera

Also a return to Gamcube style music, one of my biggest gripes with new leaf is the background music

Animals

More in-depth gardening.
More minigames and stuff.
Another collectible thing to add to the fishing, fossil-collecting and bug-catching. Maybe some sort of in-game trading card game you could play with other people online.
Knotting.
Better villager interactions.

And I want it to come out soon already. Just fucking announce Animal Crossing Switch already.

More

- randomly generated terrain with randomly selected biomes
- maybe your town will be in an enchanted forest, maybe a lava desert, maybe some sort of arctic tundra
- animals have pathfinding so they can navigate the terrain and interact with it (basic ai shit)

- bring back ALL the animals since the original
- 3d grass. keep it cartoony but those flat blades could pop out a bit
- no beetle island
- catching bugs is expanded to other types of wildlife and is more like Pokemon snap

- digging for fossils is now a minigame and not just "theres a puckered anus in the grass time to dig"

- shovel can be used to build trenches and irrigate water through them

- toss a bit of harvest moon esque farming in there

- ability to zoom to first person view so when i have a pet beetle or squid or whatever the fuck i can actually observe it properly instead of a mess of pixels on my screen

- swimming with islands to visit. kapp'n can take you to them as well

- more ways to annoy neighbors so they fuck off and move away

- ability to milk Brewster so the game becomes rated M

I have never played an Animal Crossing game... what do you do? Is it essentailly like a Nintendo Sims game? That's what it looks like to me...

Pretty much.
But with no actual end-goal.
You just walk around the town chatting to people, picking flowers, catching fish, catching bugs, digging up fossils etc.
It's very low-pressure and is more like a simulation of summer in a small rural town.

It's very love-it-or-hate-it.

>Graphics that actually look like pic but the animals have actual texture to them like fur and feathers and better lighting
>no more rolling log map instead is in full third person with 360° camera
>bigger map with roads, pathways, and trails
>villagers(and player) have vehicles they drive such as cars, bikes, skateboards, etc.
>max of 45 villagers
>villagers have their own daily schedules and routines such as having part time jobs or chores
>HHD depth of interior design for housing
Village has a nice mix of normal houses and apartments that both the player and villager can choose to live in.
>better spacing for houses so Villagers aren't all in one big clump
>social link type feature where if you hang out with certain villagers long enough they get friendlier and special event scenes will play out at various points
>more activities to do during the day othwr than fiah and dig up fossils like having a part time job
>more random daily events such as gracie, campers, the fortune teller, etc.
>non-exploitable in game stock market
>grumpy villagers, shy villagers, shut in villagers, snoby villagers, charismatic villagers, etc.

I can only dream.

Yeah KK Slider is pretty hot.

All of these ideas or horrible, even the ironic ones. Neck yourself.

Everything in this video

this is why you're fired bill

>more multiplayer than playing minigames
>bigger villages
>mining, crafting furniture
>shopping centre
>multiplayer marketplace where you can buy/sell furniture
>village planning
>terraforming
>snow section with skiing etc minigames
>urban section with aforementioned shopping centre, skateboarding minigame
>building sand castles
>customizable islands
>circus/theme park with clown minigame, electric scooters, rollercoaster
>gardening
>more control over who inhabits your village
>bigger houses, possibly inhabited by two villagers
>can temporarily invite villagers into a guest room of your house if they liked you but moved away

I want a new Rune Factory game.

What about more big town competitions?
Like a little soccer match or something?

gcn animal crossing on switch

>constantly fantasize about playing this
>tfw it will NEVER happen because nintendo moved the entire AC team into splatoon

I wanna fuck rover's catboipussy

>more patterns
>a tool to easily put lots patterns on the floor
>story
>roommates
>more activities, gameplay mechanics and interaction

>people who want free camera
>people who want a billion villagers
>people who want control over everything in the village
MISSING THE POINT OF THE GAME

there's literally nothing wrong with a free camera

Here's my (partial) list:
Villagers
>more personality types, I want grumpy villagers to go back to being assholes
>quirks that act like 'sub-personality types' so that two villagers with the both type will still have some small differences
>more complex personalities and 'settings': a tsundere that acts like a jerk but slowly opens up, a chuuni whose character breaks every now and then, a shy one that follows you around hiding, someone who changes personality during the night, etc
>a LOT more dialog lines
>being able to choose where new villagers will build their houses
>best friends that will never leave your town
>room mates, both in your house and between villagers
>villagers related to each other (brothers, cousins, childhood friends etc)
>more interaction with them, like being able to invite them to fish, catch bugs, shop, play soccer etc
>villagers can do the same things you can, so you can see them actually catch bugs and fish, dig holes, plant trees, eat fruit etc
>villagers can expand their own homes, buy clothes and furniture from the shops

Village
>houses for Nook, Able Sisters etc
>more varied zones like mountains, marshes, jungles, etc
>caves: like fossils, are generated at random places every day
>inside them you can find fossils, minerals, different types of bugs and fish, maybe a bat NPC
>more and more interactive PWPs, like being able to build soccer fields or something that add new things to do

Activities
>bring back NES games, they could put those short VC demos or let you play your own VC games
>more minigames like the ones on holidays
>jobs: just like when you had to work for Nook or when you work at the coffee shop, you could work for the Able Sisters to design clothes on commission, or at the Postal Office and deliver mail to the villagers
>an online hub where you can meet with other players, like a mall or something, kind of like the island from NL

There's a lot more but that's enough for now.

More vidya games, but make them more difficult to obtain. Just go balls deep and make one for every Nintendo platform.
Either on top of or in substitute of the former, more outdoor activities like the minigames on the island.
Drop grass wear and just add lawn mower and grass seed items.
City planning, or at least the ability to choose where new neighbors move in.
Make every Shop-owner/Major NPC outfit available somewhere, but keep them rare.
Backpack item(s) that doubles inventory size but slows down your running if it's 2/3 full
Make towns less uniform than in past games, maybe add different "biomes" that a town can be in.
Overshirts/coats
Ability to take off pants and revert to the starting pair of shorts, because I don't think this is a thing at the moment and I don't get why
>shit that'll piss people off unless they're me
Allow the player to pick different species for their character at the start of the game, give some of them perks
Get wackier with the NPC species
Give a point to eating food items, even if it's not necessarily explained to the player what they do.
Playable Virtual Boy

Giving Beli and items have actual "value" again, more than twelve stock phrases per personality.

bats

PUPPET SHOWS
AXE MURDER

Best idea in the thread

>fashion choices for male villagers
The literal only differences in gender are what your eyes look like and what pronoun the villagers refer to you as. Yeah, someone will say something is "for girls" but they won't stop you from wearing it.

I dont wanna be that guy, but there has to bee some serious changes or additions to really get me interested again. I love Animal Crossing, but all the games have been samey, and I'm burnt out at this point.

You can get a 3DS and a Wii U from fortune cookies now. The 3DS has a puzzle league minigame with it and the Wii U has the island escape game from Amiibo Festival. Amiibos give powerups for those games, but aren't mandatory for playing them. They are essentially those NES's, and adding more of those in the next game would be the best thing ever.

Yeah the bible says cross dressing is a sin

Make the villagers more interesting, aka more types of conversations and more things for them to say, but also more complex social dynamics, such as villagers hanging out and doing activities together.

>prove me wrong

Why would I have to prove an opinion wrong? You clearly don't like animal crossing.

I like it, but add arms under their wings, or give their wings hands.

Get rid of the mayor gimmick, make the player a regular resident
Option to evict villagers immediately
No separate shop district, cram everything in a huge square
Make some villagers assholes again, or at least get mad at you if you mess with them

>Get rid of the mayor gimmick, make the player a regular resident
>Option to evict villagers immediately
This combination of additions would make no sense

Being able to pick my own skin color. Tanning kinda dumb.

fucking racist japs

Monster Hunter that isn't the fucking cat

black people

...

>Top-down acre-based without the grid-locked camera
>Redone music of the first game
>Expanded Islands that you can boat out to yourself after buying a boat
>Train can take you to new areas
>explore some other forests for other materials
>Can go out mining to caves
>Town customization with the spinoffs mechanics
>Can ask for favors again, villagers more dynamic and less repetitive
>asshole villagers again
>can get more jobs ala brewster
>online plaza areas were 8+ players can join
>can meet randoms, explore new shops that don't take away from the shops back home (which by the way arent lined up along a fucking convenient wall of shit)
>denser towns and more neighbors
>easier OS integration for invites and easier online
