ITT Underrated Gems.
>RTS/TPS Hybrid
>A great sense of humor.
>Would have been perfect for the WiiU.
ITT Underrated Gems
>heckfire missile
I cringed when I was 10
Honestly I found that funny.
Does it play like Advance Wars?
No, Its more of an RTS and Third Person Shooter.
Sorry senpai gonna have to disagree with you there.
The combination with excess duologue and anything characters makes for a particularly potent brand of misery, in addition to the fact that there's almost no strategy other than rock paper scissors gameplay, which doesn't fucking count
FUCK OFF I'LL STRANGLE YOU MATE
ADVANCE WARS DIED BECAUSE OF THIS IP I'M STILL SO FUCKING MAD
I loved the characters, there was quite a bit of strategy on the levels that required defense, your guys would all die instantly if you miss-managed them at all. Plus you can randomly lose like 3-5 grunts if you get hit by any explosive.
What is it?
...
It was pretty damn good too bad the sequel was god awful.
>our gunships are armed with heckfire missiles
>scout ahead with them to clear the road
Kids game didn't want to say hellfire, which is a real name for a missile.
Sounds like a barrage super attack
I'm pretty sure it was a joke.
The only part that really sucked in BWii was controlling the planes via motion gimmick. Everything else was solid.
Probably, but I took that shit seriously at the time.
Who wears short shorts.
>The Tundran commander is basically Ivan Drago.
...
You might be interested in trying out Hostile Waters, another strategy/TPS hybrid.
Fuck the bitchy AI who start moaning the moment you put them in gear that's not 100% tailored to their fetish.
I don't think I beat either of these games. Probably because I sucked at it as a kid.
i wear short shorts
Hogs of War
gonna be honest i thought the lock-on combat made the game barely acceptable. there is a wii sequel that i have great interest in due to them not gimping aiming.
Except Days of Ruin came out after Battalion Wars 2. You can blame FE raking in all the cash for TBS for Nintendo.
That being said, never seeing any hints about a Battalion Wars for the Wii U made me not buy it.
