Lots of games end up neglected for US release, some end up butchered if they do make it over.
Why haven't you learned japanese yet? Don't you want to leave western AAA trash behind for good?

Cause between school, work, and other hobbies like lifting and vidya, I just don't have the time ;_;

>know japanese
>games are still censored and filled with memes

thanks CERO, Abe-san, and 2ch

But Ace Attorney is one of the few games that benefit from localization

>Don't you want to leave western AAA trash behind for good?
Three years ago I did, but these days I just want to leave everything behind.

There are only like two franchises I still even slightly care about because the rest have either become shit or died.

Yeah not getting 2 whole games sure was beneficial.

I want to and I'm going to. I'm just slow as shit.

The games that don't come over are usually trash that isn't worth playing anyway, though.

>practicing writan/learnan kanji by reading lewd stuff on pixiv and drawing them into google translate
>it doesn't recognize some motherfucking box over another box with a big L next to all of it
>never figure out what was being said
I don't think this is the best way to go about it

You can't learn japanese.

Oh, you mean the one that's completely translated, and the one that's currently being translated? Yeah, it's such a huge loss. It would certainly be better if the games were filled with references, jokes, and wordplay that completely fly over the heads of anyone who hadn't spent enough time in the country's culture, much less some dickass bumbling his way through Japanese just to play his weeb games.

Yes I can

You don't even know English.

I'm too fucking lazy, I know kana but I just spin my wheels reading baby mode manga and cross-checking it with the English scanlations, I don't even know any kanji. If it doesn't have furigana there's no way in hell I'll be able to understand it. I haven't studied grammar either.
LOL

私は日本語を勉強します。 これは難しいです。

All I got was watashi wa

Just you wait

I've been waiting 5 years for Dragon Quest X.

No, it's "Watashi wa nighongu wo squiggles boxes shimasu. Kore wa boxes shii desu."

He's japanese and is suggesting suicide.

At least he used polite form.

>have to look up the last three kanji
>it's all easy beginner shit
Kanjis gonna suck ain't it

>Yakuza
>implying the only one that wasnt localized yet doesnt have a guide which you can use to 100% the game

>the only one that wasnt localized yet
There are 3 that aren't localized yet, and 2 of them literally never will be

How do I disable card suspending in Anki?

I'm losing motivation to study the core 2k/6k deck in Anki.

All it teaches me now is "prime minister", "pedestrian crossing" and "embassy". It's like they just took the most often used words in fucking newspapers and made a deck out if it. Maybe it would be useful for some transfer students or people visiting Japan in some other qualities, but I'm not planning on doing that anytime soon, if ever. I just want to play Japanese video games and read hentai manga.

Should I finish it, or should I just make my own mining deck?

Grinding thousands of kanji is one of the dumbest things you could do. Just grind the ones you come across in things like manga and vidya, because those will come up the most.
