Probably not she already has extremely high res as it is on top of warding blow. She's wet tissue paper in HP, DEF but one of the best mage killers right now so if you really need someone for that role I say go for it just keep her away from physical combat unless she can one round.

Many things. Firstly, always sort by Rarity when asking for team advice as it's both easier to parse for whoever is looking at it, and the fact that the only units worth a damn are 4/5* units.

Olivia barely gets better with an upgrade. It doesn't enhance her ability as a dancer at all, and she's still shit as a solo unit. Plenty of good teams feature 4 Star Olivia. It also helps get you easier matchups. You'd actually be hurting yourself.

Make sure to roll as much as posssible during her focus! She'll try her very best.

Is it even possible to beat the Sword Mastery without Lucina?

I had Olivia, Lyn, Severa and Lucina in my team and of them, only Severa (with Armourslayer) and Lucina would do ANY damage to the Armoured Knight. Lucina hit for about 7x2 and lost most of her HP in the meantime, Severa hit for about half that, only because of Armourslayer. Lyn and Olivia couldn't do any damage to it.

I only beat it with Lucina attacking, losing most of her HP and then using Luna to finish it off. I suppose it might have been possible to also do it as a counter attack and run away with Falchion's heal.

Either way, you either need Lucina or a Falchion or I have no idea how you can win.

I don't even wanna think about how I'm gonna be beating Hecor with Lances. Currently guessing it's gonna require Oboro and seal defense.

No point upgrading Olivia. Chrom's pretty great though, he's a bulkier Lucina.

Luckily I already had 5* Chrom and Corrin-M, they're pretty reliable.

Just use Narcian. He's pretty much Camilla, decent enough to take you to a good rank. The important thing is that everyone's in the same boat, everyone's score is relevant to each other.

The Lunatic quests aren't worth the stamina to do. I already have hundreds of those badges, so it's not a big deal to not get them.

Tiki's great, but I wouldn't roll just for her and don't need her in my team.

I just went fuck it and only got the orbs. I might be able to pull off the sword one if I rammed my head at it enough times, but I know getting the axe one will be impossible for me. The only I have is Anna because I simply stopped rolling for greens in general when I got Julia and I don't have any plans to roll for more unless Hector becomes a focus. Even then those orbs were pretty though to get because Anna is still a two star and I had to do it with only her, but I pulled it off.

I know, but I want to do them for the competionists sake. They're the only one of the missions that requires thought and teamwork, the rest of them can be breezed through with 1-2 40s.

And if you're not using your stamina on doing them or setting up for them, what else is there to spend Stamina on? The reason they were released is because people were like me, with their party levelled up and all missions complete

That's pretty rough, I got Cherche 4* Earlier who helped carry me through most of the campaign and I picked up Minerva 5* a little later on.

So if I can get Narcian up to lv40 I reckon I'll have a good shot at the Axe one.

I'll leave Lances till last because I've no idea how the fuck I'll do that one. Although, now that I think about it, I had Triangle Adept equipped on Cordelia when I checked it out, so that wasn't wise.

If you have all of your 4* characters levelled up to 40 as well, I have to commend you for spending your Stamina wisely, since that's all I'm using my stamina for atm

I was pretty goddamn autistic about maximising it when I was first playing. And then I had both my main and sub squad levelled to 40 and beaten all the Luncatic maps, I was like "Huh? Now what?"

I'd even been using my breaks at work to keep my stamina from capping, doing my training first thing in the morning when I woke up, and then suddenly it didn't matter. So these quests gave a reason to care again, which was nice.

Hey, at least you didn't get 14 3 stars in a row...

That's literally 3/4 of a strong Arena team. Just get one of the bonus heroes (probably Narcian or Catria) and you'll be golden.

But yeah, I'd probably replace either Nowi or Camilla. The problem is your team's lacking DPS really, you've only got Camilla (too squishy) and Robin.

Might be worth replacing Eirika with Tharja, or even going Robin/Tharja/Eirika/Azura

Based on characters that haven't been included in the game yet, is there any chance green can still catch up to blue and red, or will it always be the mediocre side of the triangle?

Just seems like it got the short end of the stick overall for all three weapon styles, tome, dragon and melee.

There's every chance to see some good greens in, especially as they release alternate versions of the characters.

Axes have pretty much always been outnumbered by sword lords and myrms. If they're going give ALL thieves knives / daggers like they did to Matthew and make pre-PoR wyvern riders axe units like they did to Narcian, that'll mitigate the disparity some, but unless they turn a bunch of heroes into axe mains like they did to Raven they have fewer opportunities to be good compared to swords and lances. They could also make a Hammer Ike alt. For magic, they'd have to fuck up Soren pretty hard for him to be bad because he's almost a guaranteed green. Don't know about dragons, there aren't that many left. Maybe when they add Laguz they'll have a lot of good green ones? I guess the lions would fit green the best, maybe some hawks or ravens too? Tibarn seems like a green candidate IMO.

I'm curious a certain aspect of merging units. Let's say that you merge two 5-star Marths to increase stats, can you throw in another 5-star Marth for a new merging and increase stats even more?

The fuck do you need help with?

You can merge as many as 11 (the base unit + the 10 you merge into it) of the same unit together. You get +1 to two stats every time. If you get the all the way to +10, they'll have +2 in every stat because it balances out instead of rolling random ones every time. If you're going to do that, make sure the unit you want to be on your team has a decent stat spread and DO NOT merge a unit that's +3 or something into a unit that's +0 because the stat boosts don't all transfer. They'll only be at +1.

Also when you add a star to a unit they lose their merge bonus so don't do it to anyone you plan on getting up to 5* before they're there.
